Do not buy from this company. Ever.

NO - Do not buy from this company. Zero minus ten!!! I ordered ONE (I am white skinned so light colour) and they sent me two refills, curiously since I am white skinned my refills were a very very very dark colour. This has taken almost six months of bs. "Can your send photos" Why?? You know what you sent, no?? "Did you have a chance to review my previous email" blabla. Do I need to review your email?

DO NOT BUY.

"Gladys" "from customer service"sends me emails every seven days (once a week this is how long it takes for a response). She already asked twice for photos and she is still asking for pic of the product"she" sent me. Do not buy. Ever.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE WITH PAID/BOT POSITIVE REVIEWS!

Absolute garbage! This is literally the worst foundation I have ever used! The color is way off from what I chose and it is so light. I still give it a try just to see about the quality. Not only did it show each every single flaw or what coverage it barely did provide, but it highlighted flaws that I have no idea that I even had! How anyone gives this anything above one star is absolutely mind-boggling! Not to mention there is absolutely nowhere on their website where you can cancel the subscription. And if you go to their FAQ page, anything about subscriptions is not even on there. The only thing that I did find about canceling subscriptions tells you to click on something that is literally nonexistent on their page. I have now sent an email to see about returning this and have now read further information that if you do want to return an opened product it’s only stored credit. However, they charge you a $15 return processing fee plus you have to pay $10 for something else that doesn’t specify. Not to mention that I’ll have to pay to ship it back myself of course. That comes out to nearly more than the product itself even. Obviously if I hate the product why in the world what I want a store credit because I don’t want anything from them again? I made sure to include my email that I do not permit them to charge funds from my account ever again and hopefully that message gets through to them so I guess we shall see about the customer service side of things. A ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!

As with all cosmetic brands, opened or used products are not eligible for monetary refunds due to hygiene and safety standards. Regarding your subscription concerns, we can confirm that your subscription was already cancelled promptly after receiving your email request, and no further shipments will be processed. Our team has also responded directly to you to ensure everything has been handled correctly.

Good product which I really enjoyed for years

Good product which I really enjoy.
The customer service is excellent and I speak from both the smooth way and when problems occurs and they have always solved and taken care of all the issues along the way. So very happy with the people working there.
