Had beds from other companies and nowhere compares to lavida beds! The quality speaks for itself really amazing. Service was brilliant too

Bed arrived on time, if not earlier and cannot fault the bed! 🙂 We had to replace the headboard for a split headboard and customer service was amazing throughout this and replacement was sent very quick.

However upon redelivery of the new head board, we were told some screws were not in stock and they'll deliver them ASAP as it didn't effect the build of the bed this was fine, the screws we are waiting on is more for the extra "style"

It's now been 5 months and when we try to contact we keep getting "how can we help" but still no screws

It has taken me sometime to write this review and moving onto a new build property but in may but I could not let the chance pass by to say what an amazing company this is nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for I had a few changes to my order to which they were efficient and and very helpful everything was remarkable from ordering to delivery to customer service a special shout out to Adam who really puts his customers first I absolutely love my ottoman beds great quality

Arrived on time. Very happy with the product.

The bed is beautiful and comfy, the fitted it together in 20 minutes. They were friendly and polite and cleared the rubbish away. I’m over the moon with it, thank you.

The quality of my new bed is amazing - the colour is everything I was looking for and looks really luxurious. They delivered within 5 days and the delivery men were so helpful.
I would use Lavida Bed again.

I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the Carter double bed in cream naples! It is beautifuly designed and the delivery process was seamless. The bed arrived in under 2 weeks and the delivery men assembled it for me. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered a bed and an ottoman from these and a must say it’s an amazing company bed only took couple weeks and ottoman come with tiniest little mark they refunded me some money back also sent out legs for free to go under the ottoman !! Fast reply’s when needed always keep you up dated on delivery

The bed itself is of amazing quality.

P.S. I was offered compensation for my wait time/lack in communication after posting this review. Someone from the company has contact me directly to state that in March the company are changing their process for the better to help communication and make delivery more seamless. After using the bed for a few weeks I can confirm it's great, sturdy amazing quality and super easy to set up. We get lots of compliments!

When I ordered the bed I received little communication from the company about when the bed would be delivered from Lavida beds, they didn't tell me when the order had been processed.

When I did find out about the delivery, they told me it would be on a certain day between 12-4 pm and that the delivery driver would contact me an hour beforehand.

The driver called at 6 pm, saying that the company had only just contacted him (he was a separate contract courier) and he was struggling to get to my house.

He showed up at 10 pm and I helped him with getting it into my house.

The bed is great so far and easy to set up. And late deliveries happen, I just wish that I had known about the time issues via better communication or been offered some form of compensation for taking an unnecessary day off work and losing money. Also having to chase the company down via their chat was more effort on my behalf.

Received our bed and really impressed, a really solid product and very sturdy. One of the best beds I have ever owned. However, the only issue that didn't make this 5 star was the communication prior to delivery, was supposed to be delivered at an earlier date, but this wasn't communicated and came later. Delivery staff were excellent, very helpful and more importantly considerate, the little things like removing shoes before going on carpet etc. Once the bed finally got here we were impressed with the product.

Good solid bed and good communication. Didnt arrive with all the fixings but was all sorted promptly with next day delivery.

I am thrilled with my new bed. The team at Lavidabeds are professional and friendly. They even arranged assembly in the room. The bed itself is really high quality and looks great.
