I paid $897 to have a term sheet agreement with an investor done. I asked about 9 questions regarding how to best start the corp from scratch with a partner. Elaine Vail at Vail & Associates represents she is a lawyer. However, when she responded to my questions with her recommendations there were full of legal inaccuracies. The so-called agreement was so generic and vague that it would have not been enforceable in civil court. I don't even believe she is a licensed attorney in any state. You have been warned to stay clear of this so-called firm. You are better off with Rocket Lawyer or LegalZoom than these hacks.
LawAsk also goes by the name "Vail Partners". Unprofessional & Horrible Service. I paid them $1000 to do a service for me. For 5 months they did not do anything and they totally ignored communication. There was also no way to get my money back and so I had to file chargeback through my bank to be able to get it back. I'd advise anyone to keep their distance
