I had an amazing experience using Lawpath's online services. Their website is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and access the legal assistance I needed. I want to give a special shout-out to Glen for his exceptional service. He made the onboarding process seamless, simplified everything, and communicated effectively both over the phone and via email. Glen T's professionalism and responsiveness truly impressed me. I highly recommend Lawpath for their excellent online platform and their outstanding team.

I was sold a 12-month subscription last year on the promise that I'll get a $1200 rebate from the government. I didn't have a use for it at the time but the sales rep said it was the last time the rebate is available (using time scarcity) and the service is essentially free with the guaranteed rebate. I trusted his words and signed up.

A year later, I am doing my taxes and realised I was never paid the rebate and Small Business Victoria is saying there was an additional form I didn't fill out which I was NOT told by the Lawpath sales rep.

As a small business, $1200 is a substantial amount of money to lose over a service I did not need or use.

In addition to this, they also promised a $200 referral fee for successful referrals which was also never paid.

This company is just out there to scam people's money with absolute rubbish after-sales service so stay away. As far as possible.

Great service and very happy to be a subscriber! The team has been very patient with me as a newbie and each encounter has exceeded my expectations. Recommend trying the legal marketplace and scheduling in 1:1's to work through specific issues.

We were unaware that there was an annual rebilling. Contacted within a month to notify we no longer use it . Was told unable to get a refund. Now disputing via our credit card as we believe this is pretty shady practice. We politely offered to pay the pro rata for the month delay and they declined. I think that’s pretty poor practice.

Also you can get a significant discount (50%+) if you just try cancel the account with them online - so if you’re a current user just simply go to cancel online and you’ll get a huge discount for nothing - each step will offer you a discount not to cancel . Hope that saves some of you money on your account.
