This original Laybag is absolutely a fraud.
I've bought two of them in black. After 2 week they tell me that they were available only in white. After 2 weeks I receive it. In the same day I've tried to inflow it the plastic bag inside has been damaged and also the seams externally. The company replied that they return policy allowed a refund in just 3 days. Impossible to do it. It is a fraud.
DO NOT BUY iT! Be careful

Don't buy one whatever you do
I purchased my LayBag Rocca™ from the official site thinking I was getting a quality product.
I have used it three times and the material next to the seam has ripped. I emailed Laybag support and was requested to send a photo which I did. I received a reply from support and was informed that they do not have a warranty on the materials and they suggest I should sew it myself!!!!!
Don't buy one. They are poor quality and a total waste of money. I feel I have been ripped off and let down. I paid $89 dollars which is ridiculous for the quality.

Love it

I ordered one and then another for my daughter. It took the full 6 weeks to arrive for mine but they stated that could be the case. My daughter's came in 3. Great product. Mine has a slow leak which I'm quite sure is because someone's puppy jumped on it. I can still lay on it comfortably for an hour before noticing it's getting low. We bought our last summer. We've had them almost a year with frequent summer use.

I ordered 2 LAME bags

I ordered 2 LAME bags a month before our camping trip. 10 days later I checked the TRACKING thing and it hasnt picked up yet so I e.mailed them how to cancel my order because I feel like its not going to get delivered till my trip since it hasnt picked up 10 days after. a week later lamebag support responded that it would not have been possible, as the order was already picked up. I asked them if I can return the products and they said NO! I also asked them If its possible to at least exchange the products that I ordered and it was also a NO! SCAM!!!

No delivery for 15 weeks - and counting!

We ordered and paid for 4 x bags and 4 x light kits - 15 weeks ago!
I have emailed support at Laybag twice in the last 2 weeks with no response.
I then messaged their Facebook page with the promise of 'following up'... 48hrs later and still not response.
We are getting very frustrated at paying over US $450 for NOTHING so far!
Next step Consumer Protection New Zealand.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Faulty product & waiting 4 months for replacement

I ordered two laybags, and one of them had a faulty seam that was open before anybody sat on it. I notified them immediately after finding the defect on 8/8/16. They told me to ship it back and they would replace it. They received the defective bag because they emailed me on 10/18/16 saying I would receive my replacement bag shortly. I've sent three emails trying to find out the status and all I get is an auto reply saying they will get back to me. I guess they figure they will wear people down and they will just go away.

I bought the product in November. The delivery deadline was of 4 weeks. So far (almost February) I have not received anything. The product tracking link does not work and I have already sent 4 emails, which have not been answered. Total lack of respect and commitment. Unreliable company!

"Fake product" "Fake Compagny"

Ordered Mid November 2016... and paid ... January 19Th... Nothing received yet. A young lady sent me an email mid december explaining that there is a delay because they are a young compagny... OK... but... no response ... nothing. DON'T order - and please.
Also, I know School Boards are interested to order those products ... I did advise them not to do so.
They stole my money and took away my trust.

This company is a total scam. Order placed at the beginning of October. The item was never delivered and their system claimed it was returned to sender by the courier. This never happened and the funds have not been returned. I have tried emailing them a number of times but never get a response or if they do respond it is generic and totally unhelpful AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Failed Delivery - Avoid

My order was placed on Tuesday 27th September 2016 at 1935. On Tues 18 October at 1417 I received an email from Laybag apologising about the delay but reassuring me that my order was being processed and would be with me very soon.
Thursday 17th November I wrote an email asking about delivery but received no reply.
I will now be contacting my credit card company to try and get a refund. AVOID LAYBAG AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU WANT TO BUY ONE, GET IT FROM AMAZON INSTEAD!

Fake company!

I ordered two laybags in November and I still haven't received them. No one will answer my emails and there on no contact number anywhere. It's been 9 weeks now and it doesn't even say the item has left the "warehouse". I have spent over 150USD and want my products or a refund. I am leaving for a trip to SE Asia and I ordered two laybags just for that trip and now I obviously won't have them in time or at all as there seems to be no humans running the company. Only a website accepting payments for products that don't actually ship or exist.

Ordered on Aug4 delivered Nov22, half the order missing no responses to email

Terrible terrible terrible service. I ordered the product on 4 August, after much chasing finally delivered on 22 November but oh woe! Only half the order was there. The shipment packing label shows the four items I was expecting but only 2 were in the box and the box size and shipping weight label shows clearly that is all there ever was. Emails and requests for a part refund have gone unanswered. I've had to invoke art 75 of the Sale of Goods Act and start the credit card co on them to get my money back. Avoid dealing with them. If you want the product buy it on Amazon where you can get things back more easily.

not reliable

please stay away, I finally got my order but it took them 7 weeks. They advertise fast shipment but that is a lie. I would recoment trying to find that product from an alternative sources. I did not had a chance to try the product as it missed my holidays coming so late. I will updated review after I give it a go
