Don't buy!!
Don't buy anything from LayBag. The product is faulty and doesn't work. You won't get your money back and they don't keep there promises when it comes to sort out an expensive and non functioning laybag. Sorry to say, a nice and lovely product that you will have no use of. And so expensive!!
Laybag is a Scam / Fraud
This company / product "LayBag" is a scam. Don't waist your time or money and DON'T ever order from LayBag. I ordered 3 months ago and never received anything. Send several emails to complain and requested for them to cancel my order and refund my money. Unfortunately that didn't happen and the company did not reply either. No refund, No proof of Shipping, No Product .... I demand my money back !!!!! Check out there Facebook and you will find that all customers are complaining. Total Fraud 😡
It's not a scam after all.
I wrote an earlier review about this company saying that, as I never received an order I had made for two laybags, in my view this was a scam. I wrote a number of messages enquiring what was happening and in the end asked for my money back. Although I never got a reply, the company has returned my money. So this is not a scam after all but beware about buying from them.
SCAM
This is a scam. You won't recieve your order and they do not respond you you even after many attempts of emails, Facebook posts and messages. Save your self so much hassle and losing your money and don't order from them.
Still waiting after 6 months.
I ordered a laybag in April 2016. It arrived in June, it was faulty and deflated in 10 minutes. Laybag told me that they would send me a replacement liner, I am still waiting, it is October. At first they responded to my emails and always ensured me that the new inlay was on its way. Now they just stopped responding. I paid 130$ for a useless piece of blue fabric. I fell in love with thIs product when I saw that amazing video, just like everyone else, but it is definitely not what it seems, and the customer service is a scam. Do not give your money to this company.
