Fast and helpful response from Peter. Never had any issues. Always received a friendly manner from him when needed assistance.

I made a mistake ordering an improper size and peter directed me to the size chart and return policy really fast plus he was friendly!

Quite expensive to pay return shipping from the US so y’all know. Otherwise Peter who helped me with customer service was very responsive and I got a reply back within minutes regarding my questions.

Customer service couldn’t do enough for me after my parcel went missing. I was given a refund for free next day delivery on a new order from Gabi and Peter had my refund sorted within 24 hours of me asking.

Unfortunately received a faulty item but Peter resolved the situation for me within 30 minutes of receiving my item:)

Size M- I got two pairs of leggings and one pair of shorts. I had high hopes for the sculpting effect but the fit is really strange. I’ve been going to the gym for years and have built my glutes nicely but these leggings/shorts make my bum look weird and exaggerated. The constricted/ribbed part on the legs is too tight yet still slips down during the workout?? I wouldn’t size down because the waist band was too small- almost not comfortable. There is also too much fabric around the bum and can lead to a ‘double bum’ effect if you don’t readjust constantly. I also feel that it highlights cellulite because the ribbing around it is too tight- and the ribbing on the shorts is so tight it’s unflattering on the lower thighs making them bulge. Just generally all over the place size wise IMO. also they put the tags inside the legs of the leggings so my tags came off trying them on!

I forgot to add an athlete code for Lois and reached out to customer support to help me add the code. Gabi from customer support helped me out and added the code for me! Gabi was wonderful and very helpful, she responded promptly, and was very nice! Thank you, Gabi!

If you have a smaller waist to hip to thigh ratio these are weird leggings. It’s extremely important you get your true to size fit. Customer service is really slow, practically in responsive. If I get an XL the waist I way, way too loose, I can get a medium in the waist, but the weird paneling they have squeezed me in places I don’t want to be squeezed. If you’re in the USA, I’d skip this brand. I can’t return anything, cause I can’t afford to.

When I didn’t receive my package I reached out to customer service and was connected with Gabi. Gabi responded promptly and quickly got me my refund and a 15% off coupon! I am very pleased with the service and Gabi’s help.

The fit and design of this brand is so good. Love the shorts and leggings. The customer service was also great. Gabi, in particular resolved my issues so promptly and was so helpful.

I have always loved these leggings and the people who are behind the brand. I had an issue with forgetting a discount code on some orders and Gabi helped me out !! I’m so thankful for her, she replied fast and answered all my questions! She’s a great representative of the brand !!
