I contacted the Lazuli Label’s customer service, regarding the possible change of some sizes before the shipment was dispatched, and Gabi replied quickly, was kind and immediately proposed a solution for the problem (proceeding to the cancellation of the order still in time, so it avoided me having to exchange the items later, which would incur more costs). Soon after, I placed another order with the correct sizes.
I am very satisfied with the service provided by her! :)

The costumer service is amazing! I spoke to Gabi about my order and she was very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately I was one of the people who had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks to receive my order however, the wait was 1000000% worth it!! The costumer service team offered great solutions to my specific problem and overall the service was just excellent. I ordered the blue shorts and they are the best pair of scrunch shorts I own. They look amazing on the glutes and the color is beautiful. The material is buttery soft and super stretchy. So stretchy I would possibly recommend sizing down unless you like a comfy fit. I prefer a sung fit so I like to size down. All in all, I would recommend purchasing from Lazuli Label. Costumer service 10/10. Clothes 10/10

I emailed Lazuli about a scrunch that’s split I just think it was one off batch issue- as I’ve always brought leggings and they have been fabulous. I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely Gabi in customer service that helped me with this and issued a refund with no problems. Very helpful!

A few weeks ago I reached put to the Lazuli Team because of a defect in one of their leggins. Luckily one of their employees (Gabi) responded very quickly to my email. I was offered a refund or a replacement of said article and everything was handled very professional. A big thank you to you Gabi for being so kind and patient with me. I will definetly purchase again, once some of their items are back in stock.

Gabi was quick to reply to my inquiry and help me out! I had a bizarre situation where I received back a return I had sent out in 2021. It never made it back to Lazuli and I never got a refund. Although I was unable to get refunded, Gabi did give me a discount code for next time which was nice!

Lazuli customer service is absolutely amazing. End of story. Problem with their product? No worries, they got you. AND they are always super friendly. Customer service this good is few and far between in current times. Thanks Lazuli! <3

Amazing products and customer service.

I’ve shopped with Lazuli Label for a while now and have always LOVED their leggings. I sadly had a fault with a new pair that I got but I contacted customer support and spoke with Gabi who was super understanding and accommodating - she refunded me for the leggings and gave me a discount code for my next order. Amazing!!

Just received my order of scrunch sculpt leggings (Taupe) & bikers (Bone Grey) and I am OBSESSED. The material is much more breathable than expected and the compression is surprisingly not limiting at all! My first order was cancelled due to low stock, and I reached out to customer support not really expecting a response because I know this brand is still blossoming. However, I received a response right away from Gabi and she made the whole experience absolutely seamless! She was so sweet and caring and solved the problem immediately. I am absolutely blown away by both the customer support and the products!! I am a new customer/advocate for life!! I started following Kate on YouTube a couple years ago and I am so proud of and happy for her that all the hard work is paying off. :)

Don’t know where to begin, aside from the products being amazing and super comfy, the customer service is incomparable. Keri, Katie and Gaby were hands on due to a shipment issue I had.
They resolved it immediately and even sent my order to another location due to some traveling.
Extremely flexible and very kind. I will continue to purchase from this company and recommending them to my friends and family.
Product wise, the fit was comfortable and super soft. I ordered the scrunch bikers and leggings in a few colors and they fit perfectly.
I am a medium in all my clothes, so the medium fit me like a glove. For reference, I am 5ft 6in and I weigh 170lbs.

Overall great company and amazing customer service.

Have only had positive experiences with Lazuli for years. Most of my gym/leisure fits are from here. The customer support is also very efficient to solve any issues you might have!

Outstanding customer service! I ordered from them the moment the latest launch came out, but I still wasn't quick enough and apparently what I ordered went out of stock, even though the order went through. They reached out to me, explained the situation, apologized, assured me they'd get more stock, are going to express ship them "as a matter of urgency," AND offered to send me a link to shop the next launch early! They are extremely responsive and get back to you fast, very very communicative. No automated "do not reply" messages, all personal, human interaction. Keri is the one who reached out to me and she was so kind. Lazuli is the best!

7/4/23 update: I received my shorts and my leggings and they are so wonderful, so soft, so flattering! I'll be ordering from them for life. Thank you not just to Keri but to Gabi as well for ensuring that everything got to me the way that it should and for the amazing communication. I've never experienced such personal, kind customer service before.
