I had Gabi and she was amazing help with refunding me for my shorts that I didn’t receive and also giving me a discount code - couldn’t be happier with the customer service and how quick her response was! Definitely will order again!!

Soo good quality!

Soo good quality!! And the fit is amazing of everything. Unfortunately one item was missing from my order when I received it, but I got so good customer service and fast replies from Gabi, so overall I'm satisfied. I'm very happy for the item I received.

Order Mishap

I am a huge fan of all things Lazuli. Everything is so cute and well made.
I recently placed an order and a little mix up was made where I didn’t get one of the items.
Keri responded so quick to my email and was so helpful and thorough with helping mediate the issue. The customer service is unmatched!

Amazing gym wear and customer service!

Amazing gym wear, always has me feeling confident!

I made an order and very stupidly entered the wrong address, managed to get returned to them and they sent to the correct address straight away at no cost! Amazing customer service - makes such a difference ordering from a brand! ☺️

Missing Items !!!!

Missing Items, I ordered total of 5 items and only received 2 items. The email for tracking# shows all items are being shipped. Contacted them through IG and email but no response. I’m surprised to see on IG how many people ordered and are missing items yet no response from them.

We would like to say how sorry we are for this. It is unacceptable from us and this was an unfortunate issue from our warehouse side. Usually customer service would be alerted and we would always email to confirm before sending items. This is not usual protocol for us and we're looking into it so that this doesn't happen again.

Missing half my order

I ordered 2 tops and 2 pairs of scrunch shorts from the most recent launch. The package I received only had the two tops even though the email and even the shipping label on the package had the shorts included. I don’t know where the other half of my order is.

I recently purchased V-Seam leggings from Lazuli and I'm so happy with my purchase. The fit is perfect and the fabric is soft and breathable. I love the attention to detail in the design. Definitely my go-to brand for gym wear now!

Trustworthy brand :)

Love this brand so much and I have bought quite a lot from them! Recently one of the seams on my leggings ripped after only having them for a few months. I contacted customer service and they replied almost straight away. Gabi was super helpful and I felt she did everything she could to resolve the situation. Really impressed :)

Customer support

Unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong address, Gabi was able to help me during this process. Rather than just refunding me due to a mistake not made on her end she was able to send out a new order that I still am very happy with. She even through in a discount code for my next purchase order. Her urgency in making sure this was taken care of was very effective. She was awesome!
