One of the worst exchanges I've tried so far, as far as customer service is concerned, practically non-existent and when they respond they do so with incomprehensible instructions and with English that needs to be interpreted - I've been waiting for more than 1 month to get some money back without any success , terrible!

LBank Cannot be trusted. Good platform for trading. The only problem they will prevent you from withdrawing as they like. And use the excuse of KYC when the National law allow full withdrawal for user who do not accept the change in the new KYC policy which previously were different. A scam crypto exchange that cannot be trusted

Sent some USDC from coinbase to LBANK and using arbitruim network and they said it was the wrong USDC and wanted 0.04 eth to return the money back to my coinbase address and it would take 2 months i might have lost a bit of money with them but they ain getting any more

They cheat in etf trading. I lost 50% of my capital in leveraged etf while I should be in profit because the asset went in my direction. When I ask them they say reverse reverse split. Be careful

I did some Market Trade on LBANK and the Price they Displayed on the Trading platform did not match the price they closed the Trade and the difference was by a lot!!! Total SCAMMMM

Transferred £30 to Lbank using the mobile app to test, Mercuryo showed 0.00123364 BTC, after I checked my Lbank wallet, I had 0.00072801 BTC which = £16, I tested moving off Lbank and Lbank show a fee of Fee
0.0008 BTC, which = £18.29, scammed again.

they block all my assets without any issues because I make profit one time.
all time I lose money in this scam exchange that's was normal but when I make profit from my sell they block my account and freeze all my assets.
They are scammer Don't deposit money because you will not able to withdrawal it.

HCD responded You have done unusual transactions in oxy3l_usdt Competent Authority has intervened in the investigation abnormal assets have been frozen. Then account issue and Competent Authority has already prosecuted in local court.
HCD has not answered any of my questions till date.
lbank customer care live query how to withdraw funds from my account without otp HCD The login password and OTP mentioned in the response are for the user. HCD is part of a system. They can do anything. Contact HCD for more details.
why are we being accused. We haven't had any unusual transactions. And why are we suffering for 5 months without any reason.
We have only done training on lbank exchange and nothing else.
