Items in stock on the website are not actually in stock!
Very easy to order and pay, delivery was quick so no problems. It is just a shame that over half of my order, although it let me add them to my basket and pay for them, were not in stock. They shouldn't be advertised as in stock when they are not.

A bit disappointed that my item was out of stock
Unfortunately I didn’t receive the goods I ordered as they were out of stock, something that I wasn’t told before hand.( I did receive part of my order and another random item that I didn’t want). I then checked afterwards on the website and the out of stock item was still available to purchase which wastes a lot of people’s time. I emailed straight away and received a full refund, however refunds take up to five days to clear and after having waited for the delivery of items that didn’t come it ended up being a big waste of time.
I was glad I received a refund which was the best solution for my issue, but the service wasn’t good and unfortunately has put me off ordering anything again.

I still have had no response from LB World. I have checked my bank account twice and there is no refund. I have never known such poor customer service ever. Absolutely shocking!
Why doesn't anyone answer the phone number for customer services , why do I not get a reply from my query by email , if you want a good review you need to contact me very soon, if not I'm going to take this to all of the newspapers and anywhere possible to let them know what you're doing to people. Make your choice, quickly!
