I was expecting parts and then having to research how to replace them. They sent instructions too!

The product pricing is fair, and I am satisfied with the quality. The negatives are that the web site tried to force me to buy more than I wanted, and I had to drill down to be able to get just the colors I needed. The other minor nit is that delivery was awfully slow. I will continue to buy ink from this seller.

LD Products should be renamed LD 'Less Desirable' Not-very-Pro ducts. Laser Toner that was advertised to last for 3000 pages faded out before we hit the 400 page mark. We increased the Toner density setting from 300 dpi up to 600 dpi, but that only helped for 50-60 pages, so we again reset the density up to 1200 dpi, which is the highest possible toner density setting available. That only worked for fewer that 50 more pages, and then the so-called 'NEW' toner went almost completely blank. NOTHING hit the paper.

THEN, the real issue began. Repeated attempts to contact LD went nowhere immediately. NEVER received a return telephone call, NEVER received an offer to replace their defective merchandise, and we'll NEVER use their low quality, non-functional products again. 1st they supplied their low grade materials, and they they applied their low grade [non-existent] customer service.

SHAME ON THEM !!!

The product I purchased as a replacement for the HP toner for my Laser Jet printer works flawlessly even after the warning on my printer stated that it is not a genuine HP cartridge. I can't see the difference in printing quality. Thank you LD Products for saving me money.

EASY ORDERING, FAST SHIPPING

We received our order on the date LD stated. Order consisted of four different colors of ink. One of the four failed to print properly. We advised LD Customer Service and without hesitation a replacement will in the mail. This is my kind of company!

The shipping was quick and the product is great. Very satisfied with the price as well.

The ink has been less expensive so I'm able to get more when needed. I may have trouble with it 3 times but for as much as I get that is nothing. And when I do have troubles LD products have helped me out plenty. Thank you ever time.

Good replacement inks but sometimes frustrating that the products are not always compatible with the available printers. Customer service was helpful to get them to work with my printer. Will still continue to purchase inks from LD Products.
