I have tried all of the different ink companies and I can truly say that the LD PRODUCTS are the BEST that I used the last few years.The cartridges that I buy are the greatest because they work in my printer, the price is so reasonable, the shipping is fast and their warranty is outstanding!! I am a Senior Citizen and I am not to savvy with this new technology and I have had to learn everything on my own.With all I have said, believe me you won't be disappointed in LD Products!! Just give them a chance to show you that I am being honest with everyone.

Mr. Joaquin is Awesome! I am disabled. First he had me send pictures of my XL cartridges, my Office Jet 3830. I told him my cartridges did not fit and there wasn't a copper tab. He told me to remove the cases at the bottom of cartridges. Da! I called Mr. Joaquin three times. He stayed on the phone with me until.I could print. He never changed his demeanor. He said that's what I'm here for. He is very nice and courteous. He seemed very concerned about resolving my issues and he did. Kudos, Mr. Joaquin👍😘

LD sent a defective product. Would not refund my money (Even though it was LD error) unless I shipped back at my expense. LD would not send a prepaid return label. Cost me $18 UPS. to get back $40 Talking to customer service is like talking to a recording. Lesson learned

The lady was so helpful to this old woman, as is usual for LD Products Customer , that I have loved about them! She measures up in every way that I want in a Customer Service Representative. She's definitely, a keeper in my book. I'm a very small order person & yet I was treated as one of their largest customers! My daughter was correct when she recommend LD Products to me, saying I will find good prices, quality products & kind, knowledge, Customer Service. : )

It was easy to reorder. The toner came quickly to my home. Great Service.

LD INK is also 123 INK and maybe more. Part of a large umbrella company called Cartridge Warehouse.
Customer Service sounds promising and apologetic but the results are not good.

I had a couple toner cartridges start streaking after some months and the customer service team was very quick to help me try to diagnose the problems and ship out replacements. Toners themselves are very affordable and when you need help, they are right there for you.

I ordered a remanufactured laser toner cartridge for my HP laserjet printer on Feb. 3, 2025. I received the cartridge on Feb. 13, 2025. I opened the package and found a cartridge covered in toner and the cartridge leaking toner in two places. I called LD to request information on returning it and was offered a replacement cartridge. I declined and told the customer service rep I no longer trust the quality of LD's products and have returned the cartridge. I filed a dispute of the payment with my credit card company and am waiting to see if LD will refund my money as promised.

Epson Artisan 835. Ordered 3 cartridges. 2 of the 3 would not work. stated "replace with Original Epson 98/99 ink cartridge. they are sending to me replacements I will see if they work.

I have been using LD Products for years. Except for a little hiccup with HP hating 3rd party ink I have had no issues. I was able to get around the issue with some HP settings and I have had no problems for 3 years.

I had the opportunity to test the 100% guarantee, and… found out it not only is true, but is fast, too!

I had an LD toner cartridge that had a seal problem not long after install. I contacted LD about it and they replaced it quickly.

I have been using the replacement cartridge for a few days now and it works great!

Ink cartridges are easy to order, and received quickly.
I have used LD ink products for my last two printers and have never had any problem with them,

I had three cartridges that weren't working and they sent me three replacements at no cost. I love LD Products!

I'd avoid ordering from any of the above.

Really terrible customer service. They sell faulty products and don't stand behind them. It's a shame, as they were my go-to ink site but it's back to Printpal for me. I have 2 cyan ink cartridges that my printer won't recognize and who knows how many more I bought from this site that I haven't tried to use yet. I contacted them back on June 12 about my issue and 7 weeks later I still don't have a refund or replacement, but they keep stringing me along. I'm starting to think this has become a scam site, but it used to be legit. Would NOT recommend purchasing ink from this site. I see from the other reviews I'm not the only one with this problem either.
