LD Products Supply, shipping and carelessness
LD products was supposed to ship 1 remanufactured 812XL 9 piece set of ink for epson. sku :T812XLBUNDLE. This is advertised as a set of 9 ink cartridges, consisting of:
2 812XL Cyan, 2 812XL Magenta, 2 812XL Yellow, and lastly 3 812XL Black. I only received 2 815XL Magenta in an envelope, and they show all shipped and all delivered. SO, I paid 143.91 for 9 cartridges and only got 2. I can buy new cartridges for less locally, since they are in effect charging me 70.00+ for 2 ink cartridges. I am enraged. I have written 2 e-mails to them so far. We will see if they respond or if I have to call my charge card company. Check all documents every day to make sure they are shipping what they are supposed to and don't bamboozle you. Also track any shipments from them so you know when they are through shipping and have shorted you.
I will not work in printer
I just installed a new set of cartridges and they woint operate in my printer for some reason they will not commutate with the printer. What could be wrong.

I was their customer for about 15 years. As a legitimate reseller retail merchant, I am required to charge sales tax to,my customers. As SOP, I sent LD 15 yr ago a copy of my state rax exempt document. I never moved so the document is effective until I move or go out of business or change things. I never changed or closed or moved my business. I have been here since 2005. I used to be able to pick up the phone, call LD on a Monday and my order came by Friday. A few months ago, I called them. They tried to charge the sales tax illegally. Their excuse was that they no longer had my tax exempt info on my file, but they knew my address and everything else. So I emailed the same copy of my tax exemption to them. Nothing. Again. Nothing. So last week, I called and someone said they apparently never logged in the email attachments I sent them.
On 08-15-2024, I emailed the docs 5 times. On 08-16-2024, I emailed the same docs 12 more times using a different email than the email they initially had saved in my account. Between yesterday and today, 08-20-2024 and 08-21-2024 inclusively, I emailed them the very same copy of the very same form 17 times. I then told them I would not keep trying, will find another supplier and will report this experience in google and every other review and rating format I could think of.
They finally replied and said I needed to send them a clear copy because they could not read what I sent them. I told them they lie because it is the same exact copy I sent them ab initio that they accepted to start and that every company I have sent that same doc to has accepted it. I added that I will never again do business with them.
They then sent me an email saying they finally approved the doc and that it was filed under some email addy I have never used.
IMHO it is best to not do business with liars.
My experience with LD Products
I have been using LD for many years. In that time I have not had anything but good ink cartridges for my printer. I recommend LD Products!
Great products backed excellent service.
We have been purchasing a variety of office products from LD for years and we have always been super pleased with the quality of their products, great prices, and excellent customer service, when needed.
A May 4 order hasn't arrived by July 20.
It is July 20, 2024 and I still haven't received all of my ordered ink cartridges from May 4. That's 2-1/2 MONTHS. This company does not inform you that they're out of stock but continue to send regular spam to get more of your business. I had to write them to get the first half of my order, maybe a month later. I wrote again about the remainder and got another form letter reply to my second message requesting the rest. Their phone number gets you a recording that it's no longer in service. It's a pity that other options online may be owned by the same people likely dodging bad reviews like THIS ONE.
Poor Management
I have been using LD Products Ink for quite a while and for the most part I have been satisfied with their products. There are some problems with the printer recognizing the cartridge, but, I can work around that. I didn't want to write a negative review, but, I am ticked off with them. I ordered some ink on the June 24, 2024 and I am writing this review on July 16, 2024. I don't have my ink and just called for the 2nd time and am told it will be 2 weeks for delivery. If it will be 2 weeks why did they charge my credit card immediately upon receiving my order? And, why do they advertise the ink I ordered as being on stock right now? This is the 2nd time they have done this to me and it will be the last time. I went to Amazon and ordered a brand I hadn't heard of (Coloretto) for the same price and free delivery. I am so glad I did, the packaging is quality and it seems so is the ink. I put it in and the printer accepted it without any problem.

Company states 1 -4 days delivery. Not TRUE! No customer service. Don't order from this company. Bottom line is all they care about and not customer service. Horrible experience!!!
LD is circling the drain
I've done business with L.D. For almost 20 yrs. In Apr. I ordered 4 toner cartridges. 3 of them arrived in a few days. They didn't send 4th cartridge. I asked the status and kept getting put off. I was kind and patient, always. May 24th is the last day they responded with the usual apology and promise of delivery. No cartridge, won't answer requests for shipping status. Had to file a dispute with PayPal today. They finally gave me a refund for one cartridge. They ignored my direct requests for a refund until I involved PayPal. This year they have been very late with shipping with previous orders, and then they wouldn't honor my April order. I'm never doing business with them again. Two decades of my business down the drain. I have no idea what happened with L.D. I used to have great transactions. Never again.
Do Not Use LD Products
LD Products website lists products as in stock that they don't have in inventory. I ordered toners over three weeks ago, my credit card was charged was in full same day and the order was never fulfilled. There were no updates. They would not answer the phone despite multiple call attempts. I had to use support chat.
They admitted in writing in support chat that their "software program built to automate the sellable status of our products appears to be broken" and that they didn't have the toners they sold to me. They refused to immediately cancel my order and provide a refund, stating that they had to attempt to cancel the order on their end despite it being several weeks. I will be submitting a dispute with my credit card company. Very poor customer service.
Deceptive money back guarantee
Deceptive money back guarantee. Please be advised that they make you pay for the return of defective products. They will also not respond via email. Tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with them and zero response.
LD Products Has Gone Sour
I have been a customer of LD for more than 15 years, they used to be a five star company but now their website falsely shows items in stock that you can order but they never get shipped. Since they do not allow you to cancel an order through your account settings you can only do it by telephone, but the telephones are not answered anymore. I can only assume that they may be trying to stop the hemorrhaging of, what must be, an abundance of customers trying to cancel their orders. I have unsubscribed from their advertising and I will no longer buy anything from ''LD Products'' or their sister company ''4 Inkjets''.
Do not buy from these scam artists!
They list products as in stock when they are actually on back order. I ordered a black toner cartridge 9 days ago, I actually forgot the order until looking through my email and noticed that it has been over a week with no tracking update. Called them and was told on back order despite my looking at the site while on the phone and the site states in stock. This company in my opinion nothing but a bunch of scam artists and what makes it worse is that they show no remorse for conning, lying and deceiving customers. If you find yourself in this situation dont call them to cancel the order, contact your CC company to submit a dispute which will cost them a fee.
I bought two sets of 4 color toner…
I bought two sets of 4 color toner cartridges. The black faded in and out so documents were net readable. The red (Magenta) leaked onto black and white documents leaving stripes arcoss the blace print. I called LDProducts 6 times. Every time was on hold for 10 minutes then left a message. Never a calkl back never an answer. Emailed several times recieved what appeared to be AI responses. I had hope to some reasonable adjustment due to the defective toner carts. NONE. They wanted order number for carts that had been in the printer for months. Then they would offer "Store Credit."

Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. I ordered ink for my plotter and they sent me the wrong cartridge that doesn't even fit my plotter. Have tried calling and emailing to no avail. Now I have a printer cartridge that I paid $50 for that I can't use or send back because these cons won't answer the phone or email.

Terrible Service
I have attempted to reach them on an order than was placed on April 15, 2024. They charged my account, never filled the order and you can't reach customer service.

I had purchased an Ink Pod package PG-245XL. It did not work. I replaced the ink pod in case it was a defective one originally with the shell None worked. Very disgusting. No more pods for me. Money wasted.
