First, I couldn't log into my account. I had LD Products send me a link to reset my password. I did that and a pop-up indicated that it was updated. Tried to sign in with no luck. Tried on two different browsers and it said that either email or password did not match their records. Then upon going to my cart, there was no place to enter a promotion code "LDEMLEXC" to get 20% off. Never had problems in the past.

Order from here often and am always pleased.

Been purchasing ink from them for years, yes really, years. I have and one bad cartrige in too many to count transactions. They made it right. I bough more on the spot. Trust me when I say that the ink that I bought from them is as good as or if not the same as HP except for the "High Price". Get it.

There products are better than the actual originals.

The site is easy to use. The prices are great. The product is top notch. What more could one ask for?

I bought the four pack from this business about two months ago. After a month I called for an update on when it would arrive. They informed the yellow was on back order and they would need to split the shipment. I asked why they hadn't done that already or at least informed me. He said he didn't know but the yellow should be shipped out in two weeks and the rest would be out immediately. A month later- still no yellow. I had to call (after long wait times) AGAIN only to be told to call back in two weeks. I just cancelled the yellow. The ink was making my machines drum run continuously so I probably wouldn't want to use them again anyway.

Recently purchased printer cartridge's from LD. On one of the cartridge boxes it stated "use before 5/2023" I called LD and was informed to disregard that date. I told them I am not using expired ink in my printer and wanted to return this product for an exchange. They would only accept return if I paid for shipping. Will never do business with them again.

HP firmware blocked use of brand new cartridges purchased from LD Products. LD sent me new ones free of charge and how to bypass HP blockage.

I have been ordering from LD for six years + and have always received the products and have good success in using them. I had one issue several years ago with a ream of paper and they quickly gave me a credit; I was able to apply to a subsequent purchase for ink and toner. No questions asked. Always prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Been ordering from this company for 15+ years. They’ve always delivered. When issues of cartridge compatibility have come up due to HP playing marketing games, LD has always provided a solution. Oh yeah and the price is right.

I submitted an order on Dec 2, 2023 of over $700. On Dec 17, I had yet to receive my order , but was billed. As of today, I have received 3 of my 20+ toners/cartridges. As of today, I have made 14 calls to customer service where I have actually talked to a human. I have spoke directly with “Ricky” who is supposedly a supervisor of customer service. He has promised I’d get my money back, but haven’t. I called March 23rd and was told my credit card had supposedly been credited on March 1 and IT HAD NOT! Over the past 4 months I have been on the phone with customer service 10+ hours trying to get this issue resolved. I was also given a chance to use a “code” for discount. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! They have had one excuse after another. From computer issues to warehouse issues, to the computers not syncing correctly with the warehouses. OH, and Ricky…. He was supposed to call me back for the past 2 days and I have yet to receive a phone call. This company is a scam and I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to lie to the customers to make them happy. I’ve received one lie after another since Dec 17. Oh and this isn’t my money, this money is from a PTO of a rural school and $700+ is a lot of money. Teachers have gone without cartridges/toners in their room since Dec because this company not only didn’t send the product, they stole the money and we don’t have another $700 laying around to be able to purchase from another company!!!!

I returned cartridges that I purchased because my printer died while the cartridges were in route. I called LD and they told me to ship the ink back and I would get a full refund. I sent the inks back and got a delivery confirmation from USPS. After a month of no refund I called back and they said that the inks were received and a full refund would be issued. i even got an email that said a full refund would be issued.. the ink was paid with free shipping. Now they have shorted me and said they are taking out for shipping. Taking out for shipping is NOT a full refund. A full refund is what I paid. This is a classic bait and switch. With everyone I had contact with about this refund, no one mentioned taking out for shipping. As a matter of fact my email said I would be refunded the exact amount I paid. Beware this company. 100% guarantee satisfaction they claim is NOT 100%.

I purchased a set of HP ink cartridges and they are not recognized by the printer. LD will not take the black cartridges back and will not pay for return shipping on the others. Their web site says they have a satisfaction guarantee, but nothing could be further from the truth. RUN FROM THIS FRAUD and buy on Amazon. Way cheaper and returns are welcome. Lesson learned!

This is a dishonest business that is best avoided. The business is based on providing generic ink and toner, but they frequently misrepresent which of their products will fit your printer. All complaints aremet with an offer to replace the product that does not work, yet without fail the replacements are the same incompatible item. When asked to send something that works instead, they say it is against policy to replace an item with something different. They will offer a refund to get you off the phone, but the checks never arrive. IRL a local Attorney General would shut them down. The get away with this pattern of criminal behavior because it is the internet.

I have been dealing with LD products for many years. Not once have I ever had a problem. Great ink toners, good prices and fast shipping. I am a very satisfied customer.

BEWARE using their inks. Not only does it not work after HP updated firmware restricting 3rd party inks, their ink BRICKED my brand new printer into a error code cycle that can't be fixed. My near $300 printer became trash. Customer service is a joke. I ordered the ink in Dec 2021, it took over a month to get it, and I'm still fighting for a refund. They won't provide a return label to return their junk items. I keep getting the run-around treatment. Therefore I'll dispute the transaction. STAY FAR AWAY if you don't want headache and huge losses! If you buy from them, be ready for a broken printer and be ready to fight for a refund.

On November 16, 2021 I ordered a large number of printer ink From LD Products. When the order arrived, I was short one yellow ink cartridge. I wrote and called to complain, but all I got was "WE'RE SO SORRY". After waiting a couple of weeks, I called again. They assured me that they would send the cartridge. Today which is December 20th, 2021, I received an ink cartridge for my printer. Everything was fine, but the color of the ink cartridge was BLACK. This isn't the first time this company has screwed up my order. They seem to send whatever they want. I asked what they had working in their shipping department and suggested they hire AMERICAN workers that can read, write and understand "ENGLISH" instead of the New Dehli type Indian that I can never understand even though they swear they're speaking English. In conclusion, I told them that I will no longer do any business with them. Hope whoever reads this has better luck with LD Products,.

I was using this site ,but from my last order i had problems with return they didnt provide me return label for my ink ,i called next day of my order to cancel those two cartridges and customer service rep told me he did it and i will not receive those two product but some how i got charged for it and received the product but cant make return for it .
I will suggest people to use different sites for your ink there are much cheaper and better service in the market .you can find half price cartridage on amazon ,walmart etc .but from now i will never return on this ld product company anymore

I ordered cartridges from LD that came in a box with no name. When I called LD to tell them I preferred LD, they said they were all out and so this is the ink that I get instead. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Do not order only want an LD product, because you may not get it!
