Stay away from this company. Cartridges would not work with my Epson printer. The customer service response was to tell me not do to software upgrades on the printer. Terrible support.

On December 14, 2020 I ordered Canon in cartridges 243, & 244 multi packs costing close to $100. Since I use my printer a lot I thought this would be good value and it was a good price so I decided to get it. I was told that the order would be shipped in 1 to 4 days, so that was pretty good timing. About a week and a half went by and nothing came in the mail so I called and was told that it was on back order. Well I asked so young woman who answered the phone why wasn’t I notified of this when I ordered it, and if not then why couldn’t someone call or email me and tell me this. So then I was told that I would receive my order around January 5 of 2021. So here it is January 2 of 2021 and I decided I should email them a couple days ago just to find out what was going on. I got an email back today and the email states that they do not keep track of our credit card information therefore I would’ve had to put my credit card information back on the website or call it in and re-order the ink cartridges. Well again no one told me this, and how was I supposed to know? This is a very confusing company! There’s no communication between the seller and the customer! I guess they expect their customers to be mind readers! I’m very disappointed in this company! Their prices are fantastic but their customer service lacks just that... CUSTOMER SERVICE. My whole family does business here, I am think that after tonight that will change!

I have been doing business LD products for 6 years now and have experienced great customer service. I can only remember two returns for exchange I have done and both were done without any problem. The company really stands behind their product line 100% and customers are put first. Most recently (Sept. 2 2020) I had an update installed on my Epson printer after the update my printer did not recognize the aftermarket ink cartridges. I called LD products for help and help they did by sending all my replacement cartridges with new chip for the updates from Epson and at no charge. This and the customer service in the pass really shows me they want to keep all their customers. I would give this company and try and I am sure you will become a long term customer. Once again this is a great company.

Was sent a mix of G&G and LD Branded cartridges. Printer rejected as "incompatible" Customer service does not answer. Beware

I ordered printer cartridges and when I removed the protective foil over the print connector the ink ran out and stained a lot of the desk and papers! Thinking this might be just one bad cartridge I tried another but this time I opened it deep inside a box. The second cartridge also leaked greatly, the box contained the ink from the desk but it still got all over my hands which took a long time to clean up. Their price is NOT worth the hassle and mess and the cartridges are total junk and unusable.

Before you do any business with this company, check them out thoroughly! They have a bad track record of customer service, an overabundance of complaints with the BBB for false or misleading advertising in marketing some of their products as LD Products inks when in facts they're not, they're long on delivery but short on promises. Frankly, I would like to get together with like-minded consumers that have been taken advantage of by this company and start a class-action lawsuit against them and shut them down permanently.

i have had nothing but great service with LD recently I had a issue with my cartridges and they were awesome and send a replacement.
thank you so much Marian for going above and beyond. I have been a customer since my kids started college 5 years ago. will come back to order as soon as I run out of ink.

This Company Will Cheat You Especially If a Repeat Customer

Bought toner cartridges from them for years, multiple orders. Even on their email marketing list. They advertise small discount sales around holidays and special occasions.

I bought two LD toner cartridges directly at their website based on the Labor Day email promotion and I was told I saved $6 off the "regular" price.

Then I went to the LD Products storefront on Amazon and was shocked to see I would have saved an ADDITIONAL $11.32 on top of the 6 bucks by ordering from Amazon, and received free shipping to boot! The same exact items.

I immediately canceled my order and asked LD Products to contact me and explain the fairness of their two-tier deceptive pricing scheme. Not a way to retain customers.

I will go elsewhere and suggest you do, too. Very sketchy outfit.

This company will trick you into purchasing products that do not fit your printer. There is no clear declaration that they'll will not refund any opened items even if they are unused. They do tout a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they left me feeling scammed and unsatisfied. Don't buy their products!

Good product selection, excellent prices on inks, pretty fast shipping.
