Fast and Safe

I like that there is a UID top up option and self top-up option, which I can guaranteed the safety of my account without sharing my passwords. The process is fast, usually under 5 minutes.

very very nice app

very very nice app, I usually not trust these kinda of apps but this one just feels different, I delt with them 5 times so far in zzz and wuwa .. I believe they have the best discount .. it is also so fast.

Spent £50 on a Bundle only for it not…

Spent £50 on a Bundle only for it not to be registered. Then when I messaged support they told me that they have issued a refund (without my permission) and the refund can take up to 15 days.

£50 left my account instantly, takes 15 days to go back in, by the time that happens the banner unit I wanted to get will be gone. 1 star is not low enough for this website. Absolutely dreadful.

Lack of customer support

The site has no customer support for situations of failed purchases or attempts to contact them for refunds. It is either understaffed or intentionally them ignoring support tickets to refuse refund requests.

SCAMMERS AND LIERS

Did not deliver the service they promised. They could not top-up on my account and asked me to provide my account information, which I do not want. The money back guarantee states that in this case I should be able to get my money refunded, instead they only offered credits that can only be spent on their site. I tried contacting customer support but never got a response back from anyone. This is a SCAM!!! Do not trust them with your money!
