Why didn't you return my balance? Didn't you say that I would receive my balance in 3-14 days? This transaction was on February 7th and until now there has been no response from CS. I contacted your CS but they said it was always in queue. Is it a queue every day? Why didn't you respond to my previous message?

Do not use this website anymore for Genshin topup. They fail to deliver the pack/object purchased and then refund in their own currency.

It's a shame, i had bought a lot on this website in the past and it worked perfectly. Looking at the latest reviews, it seems they are experiencing a lot of problems lately... which highlights their scandalous "refund" politic...

First the top up on Genshin doesn't work, for no reason, the client service doesn't answer and after the last attempt last night, today they refund me LESS than i paid. in LDGold, there own fake money, so to try again i have to pay again of course.

I used it for Genshin Impact and ZZZ for more than a year now, it was always a money saver for me. However it seems Hoyoverse is cracking down on third party top up sites, so if you intend to pay for those games it no longer works

1 star the site now is no good:

- dont take paypal

- they useless program restrain me use my credit card

- customer service are useless they always say they cant do anything it the site who block me use my credit card w t h......

Terrible experience. I try to UID top up with the limited discount. It failed, but instead of being asked whether I wanted refunted back to my card, I got LD wallet gold. I went for the Self top-up, which was already another 10 dollars more, but whatever. And it failed again after 3 hours waiting. I was asleep by then. Now the self top-up is not showing, the discount one is still there and failing, I'm 85 dollars poorer and I can't get hold of them. No info on how to get that refunded, no easy way to process it. The chat with customer service is misleading as you wait in the queue just to be placed in another queue, then the chat dies and you have to start over!

I spent 100$ and didn't receive any genesis crystals, they told me to wait a few days and I have and still isn't working. Hoyo could've patched them but I definitely wouldn't recommend if their asking other people for their log-in info...

Scam they don’t deliver what you order and than also don’t give you’re money back.

Scammers. I tried to buy genesis with uid. It keeps saying "Recharge failed, refunding LD Gold".
They are refunding money as site currency and you can't use that currency at all. Don't get scammed.

The website have some lag but once you pay you got almost instantly what you bought
