It looks just like the photo.

I thought the speed of delivery, the packaging and presentation, and the quality of the bag were amazing. However, I accidentally ordered 2 bags, the exact same bag, and although I tried to stop the second order, there is no process to do this. I shipped the 2nd bag back to Italy to return. It was a very costly mistake on my part. I wish there were easier returns and also, a way to send an alert not to fulfill an order if done within a few hours. This seems like a reasonable process to implement.

I ordered the Atlanta in nude and it’s a wonderfully chic purse. The leather is buttery soft, the color is perfection and the size is just perfect for daywear.

Very good quality bags and very nice communication in case you have any questions :) I have 3 bags, one is 5+ years old, and still looks like totally new one.

I was unhappy with my bag. I went to ups to return it. It was going to cost me $350 to return-$50 more than the bag. So I tried the usps only to find that you can’t send leather goods from the US to Italy so it looks like I’m stuck with a $300 bag that I don’t want. I wrote a review about my experience and the company threatened me with legal action if I didn’t take the review down. So my counsel to anyone is to not order from this company if you live in the United States!

The tote bag I ordered was shipped promptly and carefully packaged. The workmanship is superb with equal care on the leather part as well as the interior lining in a beautiful contrasting color. The interior zippered, removable pouch is well designed and practical. The discrete, classy logo is also a plus.

I ordered the Yucca purse in burgundy and I also ordered the top handle in burgundy for the option of carrying this bag two different ways. This is an exceptional product and the customer service, delivery service was stellar. I received my product in the time that was promised and it was packaged with care and sophistication. I love my new Bombo croco bag. It’s stylish, well made, so lady like and is surprisingly roomy. I was worried the handle maybe a fraction too small; admittedly it could do with being slightly deeper, but it is easy enough to carry by hand. Absolutely love it, thank you! xx
