Worst estate agent I had to deal with!

Worst estate agent I had to deal with!
Booked viewing for property and 10min before agreed time they call to say that they can't make it and they don't care that I spent 4hrs on travel!
Don't waste your time and money on this unprofessional agents! AVOID!

Late and disorganised

Double booked a viewing, letting agent was late so we were left stood with another couple who were looking to rent the property, house was excellent and wanted to put deposit down, asked for link to pay it while still at property, called later that day to chase and said it would be sent, called again and again with no answer only for another office to tell us they had just taken a deposit and property was no longer available. unprofessional from start to finish

Avoid letting your property through them

I am landlord they rented my property on 19th may and they told me I should receive my first rent between 3 to 5 days.after 5 day i made inquiry why I didn't receive the my first rent yet .they told me now I should receive after 10 days .and if I didn't receive then they can make inquiry and God knows how long they can took.my tenant paid his deposits rent to them on 16th may to them even before signing the tenancy agreement.i paid them to do electric and gas safety certificate. They pass my gas but failed my electricity certificate even though I had valid electric certificate expiry date was very near.and sent me invoice for £550.for miner issues like need changing fire alarm batteries some earthing cables needs tighting.i sent my contractor he charge me half of there price and done the work and issue certificate. Avoid letting through them very disappointed.even though I subscribe rent collection service from them and now I am thinking I can cancel that.

No response to email and phone calls

No response to email and phone calls, been calling for 2 weeks and no one picks up. Wasn't informed of delayed of tenants moved in late and still meter reading when tenant moved in. Asked for landlord portal login still in the dark as no email replied.

Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely atrocious!

Stoke Office

Estate agent turned up to the house with the wrong keys so couldn’t get into the house, she was very rude and simply stated it was a waste of her time. The tenant wasn’t even in when he was made aware of the viewing, but even so they wouldn’t let us view the communal areas. I find it very hard to believe they didn’t have a key to the property. I called to complain and was told I’d receive a call back that day but the call never came. They didn’t even contact the other tenants to see if they could allow us to view the communal areas. It’s totally put me off them as a company and I’m thoroughly disappointed

Great customer service

Great customer service by all the staff specially Rosie and Alisha. New to Leaders but was impressed with finding suitable tenants within short time starting in August 2025. Looking forward to working with them for long term.

The worst company i've ever dealt with

The worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life.
After paying for Leaders’ so-called “Premium Service” for over 2 years, I was left to manage a post-tenancy mess myself. Communication was appalling: over 150 emails, only 2 phone calls, and repeated errors and delays which cost me thousands from delaying my property sale. The handling by Declan Roberts, “Head of Centre,” was staggeringly incompetent.

Declan was told time and time again which works would need completing, and would need to come out of the deposit - he blatantly ignored dozens of emails where this was explained to him. This has culminated in him flat out lying to me several times - 3 months after the property was vacated, there are still ongoing issues. He is absolutely incapable of managing contractors, I was charged twice for having the carpets cleaned because Declan was so negligent. There is a complete disregard for the tenancy agreement, and I will now be forced to escalate the issue to the Ombudsman.

They will go behind your back, and make the most simple of tasks cost you hundreds of pounds, if they even get done.
Avoid at all costs — particularly if you’re relying on them to manage end-of-tenancy processes properly.

A speedy property let.

From our first meeting with Fallon at the property we wanted to rent out to the new tenants taking residence was no more than a month. In between everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and any our our queries responded to, usually by Rosie, in the same manner.

All in all a pleasant, fairly stress free, experience made so by the pleasant, efficient and friendly branch staff
