Avoid this company at all costs. They actually have a slick presentation, and some useful data, but don't expect any kind of communication once they get your money. Multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered. No follow through on promises, bills arrive without explanation, very shady operation.
I've been using Lead Forensics for about 10+ years now and have always found their account managers to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Dean Costas is our current account manager and I have found him to be no exception. Thanks for your help and input!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. We enjoyed the service when first signing up. They don't reach out and help as they say they would, until you owe again. They also do not mention that a payment is upcoming. All of a sudden, you get sent to collections & have to pay them. You have to cancel the service a year in advance, which is not mentioned. Also, way OVERPAYING for minimal information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. IT IS A SCAM!!
We’ve been using Lead Forensics for a while now and it’s become a really useful part of how we understand what’s actually happening on our website.
It gives us visibility on the businesses visiting the site, not just anonymous traffic, which means we can have more informed, relevant follow-ups rather than guessing intent.
The platform itself is easy to use and doesn’t overcomplicate things, which makes a big difference day to day.
Yelena has been great to work with as well. She’s responsive, helpful, and has made sure we’re getting real value from the platform.

This insight helps us understand which companies are actively researching our business and allows us to prioritise outreach to prospects already demonstrating interest in our services. The platform strongly supports our prospecting activities by providing data that enables us to identify engaged accounts and tailor our outreach accordingly. Scammy company, avoid. We took out a limited term contract that they extended for a whole year without our explicit consent, using terms that they changed mid-way and hid in dense website T&Cs. They insist on meetings when these do not want to be taken to go over contract details.
They are now taking payments from our account without our permission.
