Great support and genuinely useful tool

Great support and genuinely useful tool
We’ve had a really positive experience with Lead Forensics, and the platform has given us much better visibility of the companies visiting our website, which has helped us spot potential opportunities we would have otherwise missed. It’s been a useful addition to our sales and marketing efforts.

Clare, our Customer Success Manager, has been great to work with. She’s friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond if we have any questions. She regularly checks in with us and shares practical suggestions on how we can get more out of the system, which has made a real difference.
Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and we’ve felt well supported throughout. I’d definitely recommend both the platform and the team behind it.

Lead Forensics has been a great tool for us over many years, providing valuable insights and quality leads. Our account managers over that time have gone above and beyond to make sure we use the SW effectively via regular review calls. There is an awful lot you can do with the SW to track your business activities such as sales and marketing.

The customer service is great

The customer service is consistently good, and the amount of training and support provided is helpful. Our account manager has always been responsive and proactive. We have been using LeadForensics for 5+ years and find it a helpful piece of software as part of our marketing stack.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. They actually have a slick presentation, and some useful data, but don't expect any kind of communication once they get your money. Multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered. No follow through on promises, bills arrive without explanation, very shady operation.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. We enjoyed the service when first signing up. They don't reach out and help as they say they would, until you owe again. They also do not mention that a payment is upcoming. All of a sudden, you get sent to collections & have to pay them. You have to cancel the service a year in advance, which is not mentioned. Also, way OVERPAYING for minimal information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. IT IS A SCAM!!

A useful layer of insight we actually use

We’ve been using Lead Forensics for a while now and it’s become a really useful part of how we understand what’s actually happening on our website.

It gives us visibility on the businesses visiting the site, not just anonymous traffic, which means we can have more informed, relevant follow-ups rather than guessing intent.

The platform itself is easy to use and doesn’t overcomplicate things, which makes a big difference day to day.

Yelena has been great to work with as well. She’s responsive, helpful, and has made sure we’re getting real value from the platform.

Overall, it’s been a solid addition for us and something we actively use rather than something that just sits there.

We use Lead Forensics as a core part of our business development strategy to identify previously anonymous website visitors and turn that interest into genuine opportunities. The main business problem it addresses is the lack of visibility into who is visiting our website, showing interest, but not completing enquiry forms. Lead Forensics enables us to see which organisations are engaging with our site, the pages they are viewing, and how frequently they return. This insight helps us understand which companies are actively researching our business and allows us to prioritise outreach to prospects already demonstrating interest in our services. The platform strongly supports our prospecting activities by providing data that enables us to identify engaged accounts and tailor our outreach accordingly. As a result, our conversations are more relevant and timely. We use Lead Forensics primarily for new business development, and it plays a key role in how we qualify leads and focus our time on the most relevant and high‑value opportunities. Overall, the product is excellent. It helps us work more efficiently, have more meaningful conversations, and convert website interest into viable, workable leads for our services. In addition, Sac is always readily available for support, queries, and training. I would highly recommend Lead Forensics.

Scammy company

Scammy company, avoid. We took out a limited term contract that they extended for a whole year without our explicit consent, using terms that they changed mid-way and hid in dense website T&Cs. They insist on meetings when these do not want to be taken to go over contract details.

They are now taking payments from our account without our permission.

Following a review of your account, we can confirm that your notice was received in October. However, under the terms of the agreement, this fell within the contractual notice period, meaning the contract continued in line with those terms. We do appreciate that this may not have aligned with your expectations, and we understand how frustrating this situation may feel.

To help address your concerns and discuss the matter further, our Head of Customer Success made several attempts to contact you by phone and email, including arranging two scheduled meetings which were unfortunately not attended. Our intention throughout has been to engage with you directly, clarify the position transparently, and work towards a mutually agreeable resolution.

We would also like to reassure you that all payments taken were made in accordance with the contractual agreement in place. That said, we remain very keen to review your account with you in detail and explore a fair resolution collaboratively.
