Problem not solve and change something that i didnt ask for it...
charged more than kr.300 to change a tube in a front whell ...for 5 min work...it s absolutely not right to try to take advantage of paying customers...I heard from so many prople now the same story..when does it stop?
for the record...the refund was for the tyre that i didnt ask to be change...I brought the wheel alone and remove the old tube my self i front of the person working there...you put a new tube..a job that is no more the 5 min....like I said..more that kr.300 for that...I asked when i went there to be inform of what solution we could find...that didnt happen...the all point is that you should respect what customers asked...since you guys took over from the last shop...so many people have the same issues...finding solution is important..not just charging what ever you want for jobs that customers dont ask for it..
Benedikte.....
the intention is not to get a refund....but to learn to do what customers asked...not what is best for business...like I said...I know that others also had the same issues...
perhaps listen to customers better...and magic will happen...
hi Benedikte,
i wrote you a mail...to info....

I’ve been visiting this shop for the past few years to service my Trek bike, mainly because I expected high-quality work and original parts. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing.
The first issue happened when I had a tyre replaced. One of the main reasons I chose this shop was to ensure that any replacements would match the original components. Instead, they installed a different tyre model, leaving the bike visibly mismatched.
More recently, I brought the bike in due to a mechanical issue. After a few days, I was told it was ready for pickup—but when I tested it, some problems were still present. I returned it for further inspection, and the next day I received an SMS saying the bike was ready. However, when I arrived, I was told I had to pay an additional amount of around 1,000 DKK—without any prior notice or phone call. This was especially frustrating, as I had travelled a long distance expecting the repair to be completed. Even if I had agreed to the extra cost, I would have had to leave the bike and make another trip.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication, transparency, and the impersonal attitude of the staff. I no longer feel confident bringing my bike here and will be looking elsewhere for future service.
