Ordered a gazebo for our backyard. Delivery took a little longer than expected at the start, but Shannen from customer service kept us updated and was really helpful throughout. Once it arrived, we were impressed with the quality and it was fairly easy to set up.

I purchased the 2000W dual motor e-scooter about two weeks ago and i already have 200km on it. The shiping was very fast, it came in only 2 days in Sydney. It has very good acceleration and reaches 60kmh. The build quality seems good, it has good suspension, brakes, and also has a key ignition. It has an impressive range and the charger has a fan built in so that it doesn't get hot. It has led lights on the bottom, a headlight, and brake light.
All in all, i'm happy with the purchase and I recommend it.

First time buying online without seeing it in person. A bit hesitant given the large purchase however from day one we were kept informed of the process and expected delivery date. The customer care team members were very helpful and courteous. Telephone calls were answered promptly. When the unit arrived in Adel the warehouse team member Austin went out of his way to make sure we were kept informed of progress.
I have no issues or concerns with Leaf Living and would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a slate pool table from Leaf Living and picked it up from their Sydney warehouse.
I underestimated how difficult installing a proper slate table would be. After running into some trouble I contacted their team and they were incredibly helpful. They provided clear guidance straight away and even arranged for someone to come out and help guide the setup.

Big thanks to Alex and John, both were friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing.

The table looks amazing now and I’m extremely happy with the final result. Would definitely recommend Leaf Living to friends.

My experience with Leaf Living was very disappointing and aligns with many other reviews I’ve since read.
After placing my order, I was contacted and asked to pay additional money to have the product delivered “on time.” This was not made clear upfront and felt misleading. I declined to pay extra, and the delivery then took approximately 10 weeks.
When the product finally arrived, it was damaged, and the overall build quality was extremely poor — to the point that it’s not usable. I have photos documenting the condition on arrival and the quality issues.
Between the unexpected request for more money, excessive delays, and unusable product, I would not recommend this company.

I recently purchased this study table and I’m very happy with the quality. It’s sturdy, well-designed, and provides enough space for my books, laptop, and other essentials. So far my experience has been terrible. Delivery time was estimated 2-3 weeks upon initial ordering, once purchased it changed to 4-6weeks which is very annoying, then the next day the email said 8-10weeks however you can pay for express postage. Seems like their money grabbing scam to customers. I contacted them and they said they will actively follow up, 2 weeks have passed and no word.

I recently purchased a mobility scooter from leaf living.
There were a few problems with the billing but once brought to their attention they were fixed..
There were other issues a long the way.
Finally I decided to contact the warehouse manager who was very helpful.

We picked up a Double Happiness 25 mm table tennis table from Leafliving a couple of months ago, and we’ve been absolutely loving it. The quality is fantastic, and it’s super easy to set up and fold away whenever we need the space back. It’s been a great addition to our home, and we’re really excited to keep practicing and improving our game!

Delivery was prompt and well-communicated. Some external damage to packaging had us worried, but the product inside was 100% fine. Takes some time to assemble but, for an MDF based pool table, the quality is good, especially the leg mechanism. I have no concerns about the quality of this product for the price.

We recently purchased the QUESLA 7FT Luxurious Slate Pool /Dining / Billiard Table with White Frame Black Felt and it came with Free Accessories including pool cues, balls, triangle and chalk, all we needed to get started.

The design of the pool table looks nice and modern in our living space and the family are all enjoying playing pool together. I was worried how the table would perform given its cost and it not being one single piece of slate, but it plays really well with no issues or and a nice level surface.

The accessories were good apart from the pool cues which were not really useable but we purchased some new cues from Rebel Sport which work fine. The dining table parts were not really needed by us so would recommend these being an optional extra to avoid wastage.

There was a bit of a delay with the delivery from the Brisbane warehouse but once I called the team had it to me within the week and kept me updated on the delivery time.

Installation did take a while but the parts were all clearly labelled and the instructions were easy to interpret and complete.

We were going to purchase a used table off Marketplace but I am very happy with our purchase from Leaf living as we have a new table and didn’t have to arrange help in moving a large table.

Would recommend this purchase to anyone who wants a new modern pool table for family fun at a reasonable price.

Loving our new pool table, it’s in use every weekend and have no issues with it. So glad we booked the installation as it was easy and no work on our part. They showed up on time and did the job.

Purchaced a 8' slate billard table absolutly love it..the website so easy to find what tour looking for..had to wait a minute for the installer to arrive but it was definatly worth the wait 😀😀
