Your customer support team needs to…
Your customer support team needs to slow down and carefully read and view the report and photos we provided regarding a serious safety concern.
The elastic bands and how they are failing so quickly, less than 30 days and when they do fail and come a part they do so as and launch the metal clips across our room, with the last band breaking today and the metal clip flying into my face sitting about 10 feet away.
While we certainly appreciated the companies offer for a replacement mat, we never indicated a problem with the mat in our report or the photos we provided and my 11 year old daughter continues to have to wait even longer as we l have to send additional emails now to reexplain to customer care the issue for a product we have not yet owned for even 30 days and is now completely un-usable
We do not feel the company is taking the report serious enough or at all as we hope to bring awareness to a potential quality issue that if not corrected can cause other users and anyone with in range to get seriously injured if stuck with the flying metal pieces from the clips used to bind the ends of the bands together.

The quality of this product is amazing
The quality of this product is amazing. I don't think it could be made any better. Putting it together took me about 30 minutes, and I'm 83 years old. It was easy, once I got the first couple of bungees attached. Customer service was very responsive and informative about my delivery. It is lots of fun to bounce on it!

Easy to assemble / Good bounce
Putting the frame together and attaching the bungees was relatively easy considering the fact that I'm not that good at putting things together. The instructions were helpful.
This rebounder is firm and has a very good bounce. I'm about 120 lbs and 4'11" short (haha). Unlike other types of workouts, I look forward to rebounding so I tend to make an extra effort to get it in my nightly routine even if it's late.

I love my new pink rebounder
This rebounder was very easy to put together. I am a female in my late 50’s and I did it by myself in minutes. It gives me a great workout without hurting my joints. I had an older spring mini trampoline before I bought this one from Leaps and Rebounds and this one is so much better in every way. This rebounder makes working out fun. I love all the color and size options too.

Poor Execution & Customer Service
I ordered a rebounder and a stability bar but only received the stability bar. After emailing customer service they responded by saying the rebounder was on backorder. So they only informed me of this after I reached out to them and they were basically going to just not ship me anything for potentially months and months as they stated they didn't have an estimated date. I ended up returning the stability bar as I didn't want to get stuck with a useless stability bar without a rebounder. My question is why would they even send me the stability bar out knowing that they didn't have the rebounder? They wasted my time and theirs along with shipping and return shipping costs. When I asked customer service if they would honor the sale price that I had for my purchase later once everything was back in stock they declined. I won't likely be a Leaps & Rebounds customer at this point.

It was a limited edition product that ran out much faster than expected, and unfortunately, some orders including yours were affected before our system could reflect the stock status in real time.
We understand how frustrating it was to only receive the stability bar without advance notice about the backorder, and we agree this should have been communicated to you proactively. We're working on improving that part of our process to avoid situations like this moving forward.

Love the rebounder, rebounding has many health benefits and it's fun. Doesn't feel like exercise! Chose this one because the price was right and it came with a lifetime warranty. Pretty easy to put together also.

So far so good. The mat is very sturdy. Not as bouncy. But, I need a little more stability. Will see as time goes. Assembly was not too bad after watching a YouTube video of someone else assembling it.

Quality design and best price & warranty out there...
The rebounder was promptly shipped to me and I was able to put it together from the box in less than 40 minutes. I was exercising on it right after I got it. The rebounder I purchased is a quality design and the warranty on it adds value to what I paid for it. I later purchased a pair of socks from Leaps and Rebounds which I now use every time I am on the rebounder. I started using a steel spring rebounder in 1996, and this is first one that I have owned with elastic bands. I appreciate the patented design that is used to hold the elastic bands of my new Leaps and Bounds rebounder. I use it nearly every day for at least 30 minutes and I have definitely noticed the difference I was looking for. I did a lot of online researching before I finally invested in the rebounder that I bought from Leaps and Rebounds. I am very confident that I made the correct choice and I do recommend this company.

I love this trampoline
I love this trampoline! Such a breeze to put together. It is huge (I bought 48) so if you are limited you might consider the smaller. I have the space and it’s perfect. Quickly delivered. The first one I ordered was delayed forever so I cancelled and reordered but it was worth the wait!

Great Product For A Great Activity!!
I'm a newbie to rebounding. I've had my Leaps and Rebounds 48 inch rebounder for a month now, and have been using it just about every day. So far, it's been great!! It came quickly, was relatively easy to assemble, and it's a very well made product. I did my homework before making the purchase. I was initally going to buy a much cheaper one, having never used one before and unsure how much I would enjoy using it. I ended up going with this one based on the great reviews on it, and the bad reviews on the "cheap" one. The 15% holiday discount that was offered gave me the final push I needed to justify spending the money, and the lifetime warranty is an added bonus. I'm glad I got this, and I have no regrets.
I've been having so much fun using this, I found a bunch of great rebounding videos online to choose from each day for my workout. My only regret is that I didn't discover rebounding sooner. I'm a veteran of all sorts of workouts, but somehow, I missed this one. Better late than never, and I intend to use this for a long time!!!
