I never subscribed to Learner Hut, yet they took £10 from my bank account. I may have authorised a payment of £0.01 through Apple Pay for a different service (related to TV I think). This is borderline fraud, as there may be other customers who don't notice they are paying for months after the subscription starts. They did repay the £10 after I challenged it, but I worry about others caught up in this. My bank says I have to contact Learner Hut for more information. They won't investigate themselves (so poor review for First Direct also).

The resources provided a good starting point for learning about different subjects. I think adding more advanced material for people who already have experience in certain areas would make it more valuable for long-term users.

I found the content useful for building my professional knowledge and exploring areas outside my usual experience. Adding more practice activities where learners can apply concepts themselves would make the learning process more engaging.

Scam! I clicked on a link from a reputable website to “verify my identity” for 1p. Next thing I’ve somehow signed up for £9.99 subscription to access their hopeless hub. Emailed 4 times and called twice before the 1 day trial was up - no response and no pick up on the calls. They have now taken the £9.99 which I have now disputed with the bank. Stay clear although since this was a deception scam, most people won’t see a review until they have already been scammed.

It was a very good experience it was good and simple to use

1 penny trial. I was directed to this site through a reputable professional body, thinking I needed to pay 1p to get past a firewall. Not the case. Then find out I’ve signed up to a subscription.
I emailed and cancelled but they still continued with my subscription. Phoning the bank to raise a dispute.
Says link to cancel in email. Then have to create an account to cancel.
