We ordered a bike for my daughters birthday with tight deadline. Louisa was incredible calling me and ensuring the bike arrived on time. She went out her way and the bike came well in time! Thank you Louisa for your amazing customer service a breath of fresh air!

I was able to get a Banwood 16” bike for £50 less than any other website, it came in perfect shape, and I ordered it on the weekend and it was delivered by Tuesday for no extra shipping cost. Amazing!

I bought a birthday gift from Learningbugs. It was an excellent quality product and at the best price available too. Louise and Steve even arranged same day delivery as their office is only a mile away. Thank you!

Had to contact customer service about no delivery to Scotland. Got a very quick response saying they would do it. So don’t be put off if you live in Scotland. Very pleased with product and service.

This is a lovely hammer bench. These Dutch toys are so beautifully made. My grandson loves it, and especially loves the hammer, currently being used on the box. Very good service, arrived very quickly.

Love the doll I purchased as a present for my granddaughter, very good quality, arrived promptly and was very well packaged.
Did have a slight issue, customer services response was very quick and the issue was resolved very efficiently.

Made an order last week got a message today saying ‘sorry we don’t have this item’ that’s it… nothing about exchange, refund, so sorry for any inconvenience… considering it’s 2 weeks before Christmas! Think this is a scam don’t shop here

Great price and great customer service. I ordered the wrong set of connetix tiles and the team at learning bugs were great at helping me correct my order before dispatch.
They kept me updated on timings. I highly recommend them.

(I would suggest changing courier as DHL lied about their delivery: they copied the name on the delivery label as signature, and just left the box by the front door on a different day than what agreed. I took pictures as I was outraged - I was just very lucky it was not stolen! I think this explains some of the issues in the other reviews. Maybe consider Evri: it is really good in our area)

Ordered a toddler tower from an ad on Facebook. Didn't think to check the reviews before ordering and then once I ordered I started to panic my order wouldn't arrive. I ordered on the 26th of August and it arrived on the 30th August.
The product is excellent quality and was easy to put together.

Poor customer service. Item was delivered according to the courier but we never received the item. £180 wasted with nothing to show. Would not recommend buying from learning bugs due to the way they handled the situation

I was one of the businesses that used to send my products on this company's behalf. Please avoid like the plague. I had to take them to small claims court before they would pay me the £500+ owed to me and still then would not pay the full amount. I am only not taking them to County Court as it is not worth me taking a day's pay cut and stress to fight it. They have not been fair or respectful with their suppliers and I would hate for anyone to fall for their shiny website when the people behind it do not care.

Awful company don't supply returns label, also don't tell u to send it tracked but refuse to help you unless you have a tracking number , very rude to deal with ignore messages luckily I paid through clearpay who helped but I had my account frozen because they didn't issue the refund intime I'm now phoning whs to get a copy of receipt to prove it's been delivered they have withheld my money and my account as long as they could avoid

I wanted to order from this company to support a small business. I ordered three items, two of which were delivered and one item was not included in the box. After chasing them up on the missing item I was told they would sort it, but after waiting a few weeks nothing happened. More chasing followed, and after missing my son's birthday I requested a refund for the part of the order that they have not fulfilled. Complete silence since - no refund received. This is not right or moral, if you cannot fulfil part of an order you should refund. The order was placed on the 5th September and I have had nothing - no refund or no item that was originally ordered. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this company as how can you trust them to deliver - or be honest and refund your money.

Ordered a doll for friend’s daughter birthday. A girl doll. After a week received a boy doll. Emailed them and they said in one email to keep it and they will send me correct one, then in the other email to send boy doll back and I will get the full refund and correct doll. I returned, doll was received. I gifted it two weeks after birthday. I know everyone makes mistakes but… I only received refund for postage, not full as promised. When asked for it they replied in really rude way like I’m stupid asking for a refund. I wouldn’t even think about it if they didn’t offer it. It was their mistake and their offer. Asked again and again they made me feel bad about all situation. Not professional at all. Not good customer service.

I thought I would read a review as I was a little worried about some previous reviews - I think possibly this could have been related to teething issues of a new business as I found delivery time to be exceptionally quick. Great items at a great discount. Thanks!

Great service. I had a slight issue with delivery price which was sorted via email in about an hour, even with it being the weekend! Received my package super quick, on the Tuesday after ordering at the weekend. Also it was in the sale which is a bonus. Will purchase again for sure. The product is lovely, top quality and sturdy (connetix tiles)

After two months and 4 emails I haven't received a learning tower for my toddler. There is no phone number online, but when opening a dispute on PayPal I noticed a mobile number there. A rather unfriendly man answered the line, no apologies for delays whatsoever and eventually hung up on me before I got a chance to ask if I will get my refund and when. He explained that I hadn't heard back for two month because the mailbox for customer support is no longer monitored (apparently it's a personal mailbox and the person monitoring it is on maternity leave and nobody is monitoring it in her place, clearly she's not forwarding mails nor sending out of office replies).

First time ordering from Learning Bugs and there was a mix up with my order but the customer service has been fantastic, quick responses and solutions were given. Would definitely order from them again!
