Great customer service.

Had a slight issue with the order which was rectified very quickly.

Order also arrived much sooner than expected and the quality of the goods is excellent.

Awful, half of the products never arrived when questioned they blamed other company’s ( I never ordered from )
Told me some of the products was out of stock. I won’t be ordering from here again. I’d avoid there are plenty of other websites to order these types of products from where I’ve had no problems.

Highly recommend*** I had a problem receiving the goods after entering the incorrect delivery address in at check out, completely my fault and learning bugs were so helpful, even though the parcel was being shown as signed for, they still went out of their way to send me another one, they kept me informed throughout the process and the gift was perfect. I definitely will be shopping with them again.

I had amazingly efficient service with my post-Christmas order. The site is interesting and there are currently (30 Dec 2021) sales! Going on my experience I can highly recommend!

Got a very competitive price on connetix tiles and they arrived very promptly!

Only present that didn’t arrive for Christmas despite being ordered before most other gifts. “On the van” on the 20th but wouldn’t the van start. No way of tracking the order - what century is this company operating in.

I’m so glad I discovered the website, lots of great toys to choose from. The delivery service was great, quick response on emails. But the stock they holds and prices are AMAZING! Deffo coming back to that one, would highly recommend to anyone!

Despite my order getting lost by DHL (no fault of learning bugs) I was so impressed with how the team dealt with the problem. They responded really quickly to my email, investigated the situation and refunded me very quickly. Thanks to their excellent customer service response I wouldn’t hesitate to order with them again. Great small biz!

Great service! My order was delayed due to a shipment issue out of the company’s control and they kept me updated at every stage to try and ensure it arrived before Christmas! I’d highly recommend you order from them for a personal service of fantastic products for your children!

First time finding this company online & seeing some good offers on toys I had recently been looking at for Christmas I made sure I ordered. I emailed to see how long delivery normally is as I did then come across some of the negative feedback here on TP. I told them that in my email that I was concerned. They soon emailed back and answered all my queries.
I didn’t receive a dispatch email after communicating this to them again, that was soon corrected and the package turned up 5 days after ordering which is not unreasonable at all.
We love our order!! So thank you for answering questions when asked quickly and I can’t wait to see my son on Christmas Day!

I was keen to support a smaller (growing) company when purchasing a kitchen helper stand rather than a company like Amazon. I’m glad I did. The customer service team were really helpful and efficient, even when UPS broke our original delivery. Our daughter loves the kitchen helper stand, and so do we - it’s high quality and looks great. Highly recommend using this company and hope others support it too.

I ordered a gift for my grandson. Waited and waited!! Contactacted the company to be told stock would be arriving soon. It didn't!!. They had taken my money on ordering. I requested a refund which they did respond too. Very disappointing and sadly would never order again.

Took 13 days for my order to arrive. No apology, no reply to emails or refund of delivery charge for the immense delay. Horrendous service. Won’t be shopping here again

Please can somebody tell me how to contact this company???? I cannot get them to respond to emails and there’s no telephone! Taken money but no goods??????

I like to support small businesses, but I give up… for my granddaughters first birthday rather than buying a wooden Noah’s Ark from Amazon I bought it from a small company called Learning Bugs. Oh how I wish I hadn’t.

They took my money without hesitation but failed to deliver saying they had made a mistake on thier website. Ok I thought we all make mistakes, after LOTS of chasing emails it finally it arrived - broken!!! When I complained I was emailed to say ‘let us put this right for you’. It’s now nearly a month after her birthday still no Ark. So I say thank you, however now I receive another email we cant replace your Ark ‘ it’s out of stock’, but it’s still in stock on thier website!!!

This business has not only a disgrace to themselves. but also EVERY small online business that is trying to make a living.

The only good that comes out of this Is that in my business teaching I have a great case study of how NOT to do business.

Off now to search Amazon…..
