Make Leasing Easy!

This course is amazing! it is packed full of information that gave me the confidence in finding a quality tenant at a top rate. The file vault has all the templates needed for the paperwork and the course walked me through step by step to make the process stress free! The best part is that it saved me so much money not having to pay a commission or portion of the rent to a property manager or leasing agent.

Lease Like A Boss has increased our rental income

Lease Like A Boss has increased our rental income - and saved us so much time. The Marketing/Advertising and Setting Price sections alone helped us rent out one of our rentals at a 30% higher rate! We did not realize that there’s so much more than just placing an online listing. A neighbor’s (similarly sized) rental was also available. While we had dozens of applicants and rented out the home within 3 days of listing - the other rental was on the market for 4 months and rented for a much lower price.

There is so much great information and the content is laid out in an easy to access format. The templates are very helpful and save a lot of time.
