Great idea but with improvement potential
Waiting time before speaking to the “identification expert” takes about 45 minutes (on Saturday).
Last minute need of changes at the amount, that was made by the car selling in-charged and suddenly my identification went lost. Need to call and get contacted several, send loads of email before getting a solution, that fortunately comes without the need of doing again identification call.
It is a great method and I really appreciate it, as well as I app reciate the company a part of the above mentioned issues.

LeaseTeq great experience to lease your Tesla
After my great experience with LeaseTeq both in contract closing and later with customer service, I decided to revise my review up to 5 starts. This valuation better reflects my experience to date with LeaseTeq. Tesla has two lease providers on its site but only LeaseTeq worked for real and without big hassle. Really good job. It was easy to set the leasing up and all steps including identity validation did work. The other competitor by Tesla did not work at all a joke. Afterwards, all my questions have been answered timely and effectively. So, a valuation of 5 is only fair and represents what they do.
