Excellent service from Steve Poole at Leasing Options. This was my first time taking on a car lease, so I found the whole idea quite stressful at first, but Steve was brilliant throughout and made everything feel much more manageable. From my first enquiry through to placing the order, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and always quick to respond.

Steve took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed at every stage and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. His customer service was excellent and it really made a difference having someone so helpful and approachable guiding me through it all. I’m very grateful for his support and would happily recommend both Steve and Leasing Options to friends and family.

Michelle was very helpful in getting our lease order underway. She explained the options clearly and has been pleasant and straightforward to deal with throughout.
