Wow … where do i begin … if i could give minus stars i would. This lady clearly set out to deceive and well and truly stiched me up if you will pardon the pun. I bought some bucket bag kits in the sale, apparently the leather was slightly marked, i ordered the chestnut ones which were pictured on the listing and instagram. Seems the one in the pictures is a very special model, aimed to draw you in and part with your cash because what i received couldn’t have been more different. What i received, i wouldn't want for free … it was clearly an attemp to make money from her scraps and offcuts and ‘NOT’ a second of the bag pictured … the main body of the bag was chestnut but all the straps and weaving strips were nearly black and there were even colour variations between these. This seller knew she was sending a product totally different from that represented but carried on anyway. I had to argue to return … and I am still waiting for my refund for two of the kits because she issued an echeque which a week on wont clear !!! Avoid at all costs, absolute crook !!!!

Not sure why no reviews posted so I’m the first! Brilliant company with excellent customer services. Order delivered on time. No excessive packaging and Waxed cotton I purchased was very high quality. Will definitely shop there again!
