I would like to recommend the customer service executive Lukus who assisted me with transferring my SIM to Lebara.
He demonstrated a clear understanding of the procedure involved and guided me step-by-step with patience and clarity.
His excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude truly reflected a high standard of service.

Fast help

Fast help, but to much waiting time...for less then 1 min that i need to talk to fix my problem, i had to wait 40 min...Thank you Andreas for your help!
