I would like to share my appreciation for Andreas from Lebara. I spoke with him on the phone, and I am very happy with the support I received.
Andreas was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. As a foreigner, I sometimes find it difficult to express myself clearly, but he took the time to listen and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the conversation.

I switched to another provider for some months due to a discount on a purchase but instantly moved back to Lebara when the binding period finished. Their customer service is really fast and willing to assist. An issue occurred with the delivery of my new Sim card and Sigrid offered me a series of solutions and in one day I had my new Sim card.
