I asked for a refund for the money the app had charged me by mistake, and it was done without any problems.

I have been a client since around 10…

I have been a client since around 10 years

The last year i travel and they blocked my number a few times,

Few months back, my number was blocked
I was trying to get in touch but the times were very limited
Obviously i couldn't call them
Theres no email available for customer service

Fortunately there was a livechat
The representative was telling me inconsistent things,
Asked me one thing then said its not needed
Passing to a colleague
Said something else
Eventually it was not required.

They unblocked my number Eventually
And a whole month of paid fees without any service.

He said better i move to another company.

Thid time my number is again blocked since two weeks ,
Although i have prepaid data, and roaming, i cant use them
And I cannot contact them
As theyre only available by phone

My phone is not working
"Not registered on network "
Theres no email,
Or livechat available

And my prepaid going to waste again..

Hello,

I am writing again regarding my Lebara Denmark subscription.

For approximately two weeks while I was in Switzerland, my roaming service did not work at all despite having an active plan. During this time I had no mobile data, which caused real issues such as difficulty navigating and missed connections.

The service only started working again after I made a complaint and provided my details via Trustpilot. Before that, I had no way to resolve the issue, as there is no accessible customer support channel other than phone, which I was unable to use due to the lack of service.

Because of this, I was completely unable to communicate or use the service during that period. I also had to purchase a Swiss SIM card in order to have working mobile data, meaning I have effectively paid for two services at the same time.

As the Lebara service was not functional during the period I needed it and could not be accessed or fixed through normal support channels, I would like to request a full refund.

I hope this can be resolved fairly
