I’m really enjoying every moment in using Hexagon. Easy to use, quality of used materials is extremly good, easy to take as a hand luggage on board. Highly recommended.

My new stroller is so wonderful!!! I chose Leclerc for my second child and I’m very happy. It’s incredibly easy to pack into my car, I really can do it with only one my hand and the same with its opening. Also a design is very stylish , I chose army green colour for model “Influencer” and it looks very nice . I ordered a footmuff polar, that accessory is very useful - it’s Soft and warm for my baby and I can chose deferent zip position of it. And what I love most is that I can easily take off wheels for cleaning after walk for using my stroller at home too.

We love the magic fold stroller for how easy it is to fold and unfold, and it is very stable and smooth to push while being very lightweight! After a year of use there’s a part that’s broken but customer service offered help right away, they even have WhatsApp! My special thanks to Ms Catrin Werner, she’s the most helpful customer service person I have ever met.

There is 15 days I am waiting for the delivry of my order. Your service is very bad above all I paid Fedex for a quick delivry. What do you do in such case ?

Great light easy to use stroller. Super easy to fold and unfold .plus the seat can be fully reclined.
I just find that the other two positions are not comfortable and the seat has not enough support for my baby as he keeps leaning toward the sides.

Also suddenly for some reason the stroller doesn’t stay folded. It opens up the moment i tried to lift it or transfer it to the car.

Excellent buggy and excellent customer service. You can't really ask for more and its worth it to choose a brand you can trust.

Best Customer support experience. I had to contact support and the answers where incredibly fast. They offered to help me right away and I'm very pleased about the outcome. The person handleing my case was also very understanding and kind. I trust this company and will definitely recommend it further.

We've bought "Leclerc Influencer" stroller, and after several months the bumper bar broke down. I thought it was a non-warranty case and with little hope wrote a mail to the company, asking if we can purchase the spare part. Surprisingly for me, they answered immediately and after exchanging a couple of emails, Leclerc sent us a new bumper bar - totally for free. I received it in several days. Great customer experience, many thanks to Leclerc and to Ms. Catrin Werner (the account manager) personally!

I am very satisfied from the influencer stroller. It is very light and portable. Also, we had an incident and our kid broke the clip of the bar and I send an email at the support of the leclerc company about purchasing a new one and the next morning they respond me with an email and a tracking number of a shipment with a new bar. Immediate and effective response. We definitely will bought also the extension for our new baby that is coming.

Currently on holiday with our 4 month old and bought the Leclerc Influencer for travelling. We had previously bought the Silvercross Jet however when we went away in December the pram broke mid holiday! It felt and proved to be very flimsy. The Leclerc on the other hand, is fantastic! It feels so sturdy and is really easy to move around, folds/unfolds instantly and is super stylish. 100% recommend.

Best and quickest service and amazing stroller!

We live in London which is one of the worst cities to get around with a stroller. I had to constantly ask people to help me on and off the tube, bus and trains. It always made me feel uncomfortable so I started to go to centre of london less and less. But then I decided to look for a perfect London stroller. Something that I can fold and unfold with one hand while holiding my baby. A lot of companies claim that their stroller is one handed (cybex, joolz, yoyo), but after trying them in stores i was disapointed. And just when I almost gave up, I found Lecler. It's not that common in UK. So in order to find some reviews i had to watch videos in dutch and russian (luckily both had subtitles). And Lecler came as number one in all comparison test.
I was very excited when I ordered it and even more so when it arrived. I would describe it as the most sexy and liberating stroller out there :)
It's light, easy to maneuver, looks elegant and most importantly folds AND unfolds with one hand each time without a fail. It's been liberating to be able to go out and about without asking people to help me constantly or checking if the tube station is accessable for us.
I highly recommend it!

Also to add, they customer service is excelent. I had an issue with their UK distributer and they were very helpful, replied the next day and reached out to the supplier for me to resolve the issue. Thank you to Catrin and Jacob for helping me.

Fantastic Customer Service! Very responsive and helpful. Our bumper bar on our Influencer stroller. Used their chat function - the agent, Catrin, was amazing. Sent me an email within 2 mins asking for more info. 20 mins later - she had arranged a replacement to be sent to me FOC (under warranty).

You might pay a bit more for Leclerc products - but it is definitely worth it when things go wrong or need replacing.

I ordered the LeClerc Influencer stroller in Sand/Chocolate via an independent baby store here in the UK. I wanted a lightweight travel compatible stroller which had a proper lie flat sleep position (unlike the Babyzen Yo-Yo). I previously had an Icklebubba Globe stroller but recently got rid of it because it isn’t suitable for heavier toddlers. The design of the Influencer is similar, but it’s head and shoulders above in terms of ease of use (the auto fold is great) and quality. The materials are really beautiful and it all works and folds seamlessly. My buggy board mini fits perfectly and the polar footmuff I bought is so snuggly. The stroller is easy to push with a good height handlebar, and copes equally well with my baby as it does with my three year old.

I am really delighted with this luxury stroller and we mostly use this now rather than our Mamas and Papas Ocarro! Great new brand.

Very nice model and good quality item. Strolley is very easy to open and close.
Mastress of the Basinette is very nice. Everything arrived in super condition and very quickly. Easy to assemble.

I’m in Canada & I want to order the influencer stroller. Does anyone have any experience with this issue ? Like import duties, delivery time & the whole shipping experience pls ?
