Very fast shipping! It is a high quality stroller with great details that is very easily manoeuvrable and foldable with one hand. It is advisable to lift up the stroller right before it folds completely so the canopy won't touch the dirty floor, but this is more true for the beige version than the other darker colours. Stylish and very comfy for baby, thank you!

About a year ago, we were expecting our first child and as per necessary, I started my thorough research on strollers. I had seen tons of videos, reviews, done comparisons and I was so lost in the process- did not know which to choose. Luckily my husband stepped in and being a gig himself he found this quite new brand (Leclerc) which was distributing in Greece too and was ticking all our boxes!!
Compact, versatile, beautiful, great quality, easy to close, light, sturdy, seat going all the way down for the baby to sleep or changing emergencies..  What more to say! And it is all true really!
Having used it for a year now, both with the basket and on its own and comparing it in real life with other strollers our friends have, I know we have made the right choice and looking back I am grateful for my husband's efficient research and our trust we show to Leclerc.
Also, and a GREAT plus: the whole fabric is removable for washing which helps the stroller keep its brand new look.
Having said that, unfortunately our nanny put the fabric in the dryer too having as a result for the harness plastic to melt (the label clearly says no dryer) when I reached out to Leclerc customer service though they were very helpful and they send me a brand new seat fabric for free even as it is something they do not sell on its own.
Well, what can I say? I am impressed with Leclerc strollers and customer service and once again thankful for our choice last year! I do not write reviews in general but this kind gesture gave me no other choice but to return the kindness.

We recently bought a pram from their distributor in Greece. Unfortunately, the pram was defective -it was the one they had on display- and we realised the next day. The store manager was unwilling to help and he only offered to send the pram to their service! They only offered to replace it but with a different pram as they said that the one we chose was discontinued -which was not the case!
I contacted the customer service of Leclerc the same day; they replied within minutes! I explained the situation to them and they offered to send us a brand new one at our home! They contacted the specific distributor and they resolved the issue the same day.

Their customer service is simply amazing and they have been more than helpful and reassuring that they will resolve the issue promptly. And they did! They delivered our new pram to our home a couple of days later!

We love the pram -we got the influencer- as it is so light and easy to handle and of course it can fit everywhere! Plus, the way it folds is by itself impressive enough!

This is the pram I recommend to everyone!

I was super excited about the purchase and was looking forward to receive the stroller. The color is beautiful and the fold system is really great. However there are no sides protections when chair is in semi-sitting and baby 10 months can get her hands stuck or she is sliding on her side.

Unfortunately the customer service is very poor. I tried over two weeks to receive basic information about a product before I can purchase it and although several reminders sent no answer received until today. The product I am looking for is required for Leclerc stroller I purchased on to enable us to travel. If I had known it will be such hassle to contact customer service I would have purchase product from different brand, finally there is such a big competition and Leclerc should take better care of their customers..

Hi Everyone, I am an engineer loving to go in details and the more I went into, the more I discovered how Leclerc found the points-to-be-improved in the stroller market. Now I am purchasing 2x Influencer XL for the upcoming twins. I do not have past experience with any of the other companies so it would be rather unfair to compare Leclerc, but nevertheless I have this usual feeling that never fails as long as I have technically checked all details, "I will be satisfied, I know".
More importantly I want to express my admiration how Leclerc Sales and Customer Service team handled me during the product view process. Nowadays is the holiday season, yet they tirelessly replied me in the evenings, answered my ever emerging & technically challenging questions, they even shot a video for me in their company just to clear my doubts!!
We, Turkish come from a service-based culture, but I can assure you that I was simply amazed with how Leclerc treated me.

I got my order very quickly and we love our new buggy. Easy to open and close. Very easy to push around. And my son says it's comfortable and he loves it.

The handle in our stroller purchased in UAE got broken in Austria. We contacted the support, provided the proof of purchase and the photo of the defect and they sent us a new part immediately via Express delivery. Magically we received the new handle just three days after we reported the problem without paying a penny. World-class customer service!

We absolutely love our magic fold stroller, as it's so light and compact and also very comfortable for our toddler. Unfortunately a component got broken so the backrest was no longer reclinable. I contacted the customer service asking if there was an official service that repairs leclerc strollers in my country. After reviewing the video I took to demonstrate the damage, they advised that we are getting a new stroller.

The bumper bar on our pram broke and I emailed asking where to buy a replacement. After providing proof of purchase, a free replacement was sent and arrived very quickly! Excellent customer service.

Amazing customer service!

I live in Singapore where there was no stock of the basinet I needed for my stroller. They went out of their ways and found one even if the item was sold out on their main website. All the communication was done through WA and in one week I had my item delivered to my door.

at first glance i didn't know where i was supposed to transfer the money, it was only when i took a closer look that i found it on the invoice in small print (IBAN and instructions etc),
That could have been made a little easier on my part, otherwise everything was great after the money was received, they sent it immediately and I received it after 2 days

Great customer service! We lost a strap pad while traveling and Catrin helped us get another pair all the way to Kuwait. We got a quick response from Leclerec and the item was immediately shipped. And it’s our favorite travel stroller, so we are happy to get those pads before we test it again on our upcoming trip.
