Out of the mouth of babes

I wondered how easy it would be to put together. It was flawless with one exception and I couldn't figure it out. My three year old grandaughter was watching me. She says in a three year old voice "that's not correct. It's backwards" ... yeah ... you can guess who was right!

The Xpedition 2 is a great cargo bike

The Xpedition 2 is a great cargo bike. Customer service is helpful and responsive. On-line videos are very helpful. The bike was easy to put together. Fantastic value.

Great bike for the budget.

I did plenty of research and decided to get the xp4. So far it's been great, really been loving it. Needed a bit of a tune up but that's to be expected. The four stars are from the fact that it went on sale a week after I received my bike and customer service wouldn't agree to honor the price or send any of the extras, which I found kind of lame because.. I could just return the bike in that period of time. So I'm not sure if I'll buy my next bike from lectric or not, since I'm looking for one for my partner now.

New trike…

So just received my trike yesterday and assembled it and the seat has a large indent in it. I thought maybe it would pull out but 24 hrs. later it remains the same. I was wondering if it could be replaced I can send this one back. Other than that I absolutely love the bike

Very happy with the bike

Very happy with the bike, aside from the seat not being very comfortable. The pedal assist works very well and like that you can change the settings to meet your style of riding. Like how much torque is apply.either 3 seconds or immediately. Very impressed with the belt drive with how quiet it is. It's been only 7 days and I've already put 50 miles on the bike. Would recommend anyone interested in lectrice to were a helmet. Due to the fact that the bike is very fast and gets up to 20 mph in second.

Simple choice

After many reviews I chose the xpeak 2. It is exactly what I was looking for in an E-bike. Delivery was fast, Assembly was simple. Cruises along very nice. Would recommend this bike to anyone

The product is top line.

The product is top line. My wife has the 1st first xp2 of the family. Everything about it is A1. My 2nd one just came. Little work with the great customer service and Tech department will have mine up and running. Lectric is a great company, great products

The amount of emails this company sends has tarnished my experience

Everything was pretty smooth in terms of ordering and delivery. I wish I knew the tools required so I could’ve had them on hand when my bike arrived. My biggest gripe, and this has legitimately become the reason I will not recommend this company has been the absolute barrage of emails from day one. It’s borderline harassment and something I find unacceptable from a company.

I just don't like how long it takes to…

I just don't like how long it takes to get the product from Phoenix over to my place, but your products are fantastic. I really like them.

We definitely hear you on the shipping time. Because our eBikes contain high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, they are classified as hazardous materials, which means they are required to ship via ground transport only. They can't hop on a plane, so they have to take the scenic route across the country to get to you!

Took a little longer to get the bike…

Took a little longer to get the bike than I anticipated. In spite of this once I figured it out (haven’t ridden a bicycle in probably 50 years) I love it. The only thing that I would suggest is to add a mirror (or two) for safety issues.

Having an issue with the bike display…

Having an issue with the bike display shortly after receiving it. I’ve emailed their support on May 11th and have received no answer or confirmation that my issue has been received. Calling their support number goes straight to voicemail.

DO NOT BUY FROM LECTRIC!

Ok so lets start with the fact that there were no instructions. There was a qr code on the box linking to a Youtube video but the video didn't show how to install the headlight and front basket. I tried calling support three different times and different days of the week, during business hours, and got the same recording every time. I'm assuming all the positive reviews and Youtube videos about Lectric ebikes have been bought because there's no way anyone would buy from them otherwise. When you pay 2000$ for a bike you expect some level of quality assurance but the threading on the hex screws are absolutely abysmal. I had to drive to the hardware store twice (on mother's day) to find a hex wrench that would work on these awful screws. I've bought ebikes and etrikes on Aliexpress at a fraction of the price AND they were pretty much the same quality but better because you can actually screw the fenders on. Not to mention they provide you with all the tools necessary for assembly. DO NOT BUY FROM LECTRIC!

Lectric xp4 750

Had couple issues with both bikes one had a wobble on front crank the other couple scuffs on paint and a dented fork was a little upset not gonna lie and a call to lectric and with a couple pics and video they with no hesitation sent out what was needed to make it right and I have an appointment with a shop to get fixed I love our xp4s and would highly recommend buying from them they stand behind there products.

the packaging is amazing

the packaging is amazing.
... Shipping had minor issues.
1.) delivery was delayed, apperantly because the shipping label was HARD to read. Yes it was!
2.) the right side brake handle (for the rear brakes), has a very jagged edge on it. The handle had made it's way through the exterior box during shipping.
3.) where are the shrader-valve caps? Was there so much vibration, that they simply escaped?
... Okay; 4 stars, not 5
partly because there aren't guidelines for the display included.
