the packaging is amazing

the packaging is amazing.
... Shipping had minor issues.
1.) delivery was delayed, apperantly because the shipping label was HARD to read. Yes it was!
2.) the right side brake handle (for the rear brakes), has a very jagged edge on it. The handle had made it's way through the exterior box during shipping.
3.) where are the shrader-valve caps? Was there so much vibration, that they simply escaped?
... Okay; 4 stars, not 5
partly because there aren't guidelines for the display included.

One of my bikes showed up damaged

One of my bikes showed up damaged. Lectric did a good sending me the replacement part quickly. That being said, the fender was also scratched and bent and they did not replace that. The rear brakes on both bikes do not work and I will have to take it to a service center to repair. I ordered accessories for both bikes and used the videos for installation. The. Ideos are out of date and not completely relevant. I had to do a bit of engineering to install a couple items for the Lectric one. For the cost of these bikes and the reputation of the company I would have expected better. All the bad out of the way; they ride great. Tons of fun and pretty quick. I would recommend them but be prepared to take your bike to a service person upon arrival.

It's called the best E-Bike for a reason!

Other than great reviews, I found that shipping, packaging, workmanship and QUALITY was tip top shape! This bike is everything I thought it would be plus several extras that are of great quality also. I've got about 50 miles behind me and with all the honesty I can muster, I haven't one complaint.

Poor Quality

When the bike came in, the brakes on both wheels were so tight the wheels did not freely turn. So first time riding it caused the plate to bend and made a terrible grinding noise. Had to take it to a shop who loosened two bolts just for brake fluid to come out!? They fixed and replaced the brake pads and plates and it cost me. Went out for another try and the back tire was low on air. For coming right out of the box this was not worth it my money and time.

Jumping into the deep end...(for me)

Shipping was fairly quick. Packaging was secure. Initial unboxing and figuring out the bike was not easy. The digital file for the manual came after the bike did. It is in 5.5"x8.5" PDF format, making difficult to print/read. A "Quick Start" guide sheet in the box would be a great idea, just to help get the bike out and folded and wiring completed. Customer service has been good.

Best support ever

I recently bought a bike (Xpress 750) from Lectric and had an issue within the first week that wasn’t even their fault. To my surprise, they still went above and beyond to help me get back on wheels.

Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Plus, the bike is awesome to ride. Highly recommend

I love my Lectric XP4

I love my Lectric XP4. I wake up every day ready to get on and make my 6-mile commute to work. I show up (not sweaty) and energized for my day in the office. In the first two weeks of ownership, I have ridden 225 miles. Been a huge boost to mental health. I mainly ride in PAS3 (sport mode)at about 18-22 mph and always feel I have enough battery and power. I highly recommend this bike to anyone who wants to get into e-biking. At first, I wondered if e-biking was cheating and not really exercising. An MD. A friend of mine said, "That's ridiculous, you're out and moving your body way more than you would have without it." I do love bombing past the super serious cyclers with all the gear, and I'm in a pair of jeans with a 12 pack on the back rack. Ding! Ding! On your left!

I love your bikes so does my dad

I love your bikes so does my dad. We've bought five electric e-bikes over the last couple years. All of them from this brand and they've all been beautiful and dependable even though it's not suggested. In fact, they tell you not to take these bikes out in the heat and the sand and the water, but they are a ton of fun on the beach. It's almost worth buying a new bike for it.

Full charge battery with 102 current…

Full charge battery with 102 current miles lost full power 13 miles into a 28 mile ride. Had to Lyft home with bike $66. Very disappointed in this new bike. Have 5000 miles on a Himiway bike with no issues. Checked all connections and took battery out and back in with no response. Not happy with this new bike? Any suggestions as to battery issue and how to get this resolved?

Everything went great from purchasing…

Everything went great from purchasing the bikes to getting them. After having the bike's for a week and a half I had a couple issues but customer service took care of it. Customer service is awesome.

Bike company that can't even deliver pedals

We waited for new bike arrival. Put it together to find out the wrong pedals were provided, scratches in multiple places on frame and the fenders were twisted and bent preventing the tire to spin without scraping against them. Now after reporting this and waiting for pedals, touch up paint and fenders...Electric bike sends us the wrong pedals AGAIN....and they use USPS slow delivery!? Constructive criticism equals Overnight Deliver the correct equipment when it's reported to you!!! The bike just sits there waiting for pedals to even take it for a spin...!? Extremely poor reaction to a very poor first arrival...how many more weeks will you make us wait to finally be able to even ride this bike without pedals??? Do better!
