I have always worn Lee jeans forever

I have always worn Lee jeans forever, but recently, I discovered the new extreme motion Lee jeans. I love the fit, they are very comfortable, but the back pockets have ripped at the seam in the last 2 pair I have purchased. I just wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Lee jeans used to be made from quality…

Lee jeans used to be made from quality denim fabric. Now, after a couple washes they are streaked and look awful! The fit is terrible! Barely comes to the waist in the back (don't want to bend forward) and way above the waist in the front. Who are these made for?

Lee Carpenter jean

I have wore Lee Carpenter jean for over 30 years. I love them for the fit and comfort and the pockets. The pockets were just right, The ruler pocket on the right side was just the right size and the right place for my cell phone. But these new ones they have cut the size of the legs down some but I cane live with that. By doing this they also cut the size and top opening of the ruler pocket, Now it is to small to even get a 3 inch wide phone. and for that reason I cant see me buying any more Lee carpenter jeans or refer them to anyone. You might have saved a few pennies but you will loose thousands of old customers.

Drastically Changed My Favorite Jeans

I've bought my favorite Lee jeans for over 10 years. This year they changed colors, they fit big and much longer. They wouldn't admit to the changes but still have some from the past. I've spent 7 months trying to find that same fit and color. Why would you change something good for something terrible? I no longer shop with them.

return and refund process

My experience with their return and refund process is awful. They make you wait 7 to 14 business days for a refund after they have received the return. I waited and still have not received a refund. When you call to follow up, they log a request and ask you to wait another 7 to 14 business days.

Not a good experience.

What went wrong this time

What went wrong this time? Sounds like this is a regular occurrence! If there was a 0 star I would review as such. I bought a pair of wide legged pants every color there was a 1 or 2 inch discrepancy hoping when I called Lee jeans complaint line,"they said sorry we will try to improve the quality" I even asked to get the same pair of pants that both legs are even I would send the one I bought back "they said sorry we can not do that"! Don't buy anything from Lee Jeans!!!

I ordered pants on 11/3

I ordered pants on 11/3. I received to emails from Lee telling me my package would be delivered next day. I finally looked up the tracking. It went from SC to TX to Phoenix. Then to Iowa.
I live 1 hour from Phoenix. Really??? 2 weeks and counting. Bad bad bad

Rudest company ever

Rudest company ever. I bought their jeans on line for $44.26. Returned the jeans for inferior quality. My refund was
$27.77. Nothing wrong with the return. This company chose to pocket $16.49 of my refund due. They are thieves. I will never buy anything Lee again. Or do business with such a deceitful company ever! Shame on them!

Dont buy black Lee jeans!

Black color disappear after JUST ONE single quick wash at 40 degress celsius, and leaving ugly white marks permanently. Not acceptable Lee!

Poor Packaging

I ordered four Lee button down t-shirts and they shipped them all in a cheap thin plastic bag with the hangers in them. The shirts arrived damp and the hangers cause them to be stretched. Why not take the hangers off and put each shirt in a plastic bag and ship them in a sealed box? Inclimate weather (heat, rain, dew) in between travel across the USA will not protect much or at all in a plastic bag when there's condensation/water. This was my first and most likely the last order. Disappointed.

Can't find a store that carries them

Lee in my opinion makes the best fitting jeans for me; slim tapered. The problem is you can't find them. Nobody sells Lee jeans including Walmart. Dealing with them on their online store is a nightmare. If you don't spend $200, you have to pay for shipping, and you have to pay for shipping if they don't fit. The customer reps are useless. Worst case of retailing I've ever seen. I live in Canada.

Ripoff of returns

I ordered a pair of shorts recently. They didn't fit so I returned them. I was charged $7.99 for shipping then charged $7.99 to return. My credit card was charged $34.16 yet my card was only credited $17.61 upon return. I will never order from Lee again, what a ripoff!

Warranty claim

Jeans been worn 4 times casually and already ripped at seam. Contacted customer service they said send pics and copy of receipt and it would get handled. After original email I have been ghosted by mfg.

Great company but Terrible lies when it…

Great company but Terrible lies when it comes to returning an item. 3 people 3 conflicting stories! Do yourself a favor DO NOT order direct unless you know 100% your keeping the items. I get the same jeans here all the time. So last order I thought I'd try something new.... Well what was new to me was someone else's greasy used belly button marked up item. Nasty! So I reached out to return. 1st they wanted to charge me for returning a used item they sent to me as new. Then I get them to agree to the return and the email stayed due to the issue as soon as the item starts tracking they would issue refund. Well it's been just about 2 weeks and now there saying another 14 days. Such B.S!

Overcharged me 16.46 for making a return

Don't shop from here. Their site says that a fee of 7.99 is charged for making a return, but I assumed that was a per shipment charge, not per item. Instead I was charged 16.46 when I returned 2 items. Never shopping there again. I gave 2 stars because they did correctly ship the items to me, so they are legit in that sense. Only shop there if you are absolutely certain you don't need to make a return

Incorrect order

Ordered some denim shorts, shipping was very slow, the wrong type arrived and then the pair l ordered was no longer available in my size or two sizes below. No express shipping possible either.

Bought a pair of classic black Lee…

Bought a pair of classic black Lee Raider (not pre-weared), after 1,5 years of normal wear they ripped ~2cm in the crotch (fabric, not seam). I am not an agile guy so I have not done anything near a split. The overall wear in the crotch (or anywhere) is not much, barely any color fade or thin fabric and I have washed them maybe 10 times since I bought them, mostly used them in office. I expect a quality brand to hold for at minimum 4-5 years of normal use (the whole idea of using jeans in my opinion). Therefore I do not qualify Lee as quality any more unfortunately.

What a scam!!!

I ordered shorts for my boyfriend. He has size 34 shorts from MANY different brands. All fit just fine. But When we receive the size 34 shorts from Lee they are tiny. Frankly they looked like a kids size shorts so I asked to exchange them for a larger size. They refused to make an exchange. Instead they gave me a refund minus $7.99. Why should I be punished and lose money because their sizing is incorrect? I will NEVER buy another product from them. And their customer service agent was impossible to understand. Her English amounted to about 20 unintelligible words. I am totally disgusted with my experience with Lee

Badly inconsistent sizing, rude and unintelligible service agents

First, customer service was unable to advise on different Fit designations. Ordered from website anyway, 2 slightly different styles, same size. "Regular" fit great. "Relaxed" was actually several inches tighter, and when returned, the replacement was even tighter! Customer service had inaccurate records, misrepresented fit categories and argued endlessly, misunderstanding the issue and putting blame on customer.
