Excellent customer service
After purchasing a SIM card from le french mobile I had to call customer services a couple of times to help me sort out my router. On each occasion they were very helpful and patient and happy to stay on the line and explain exactly what I needed to do to resolve my issues. They rang back when they said they would too. Extremely pleased with the customer service. I also didn't have to wait long on hold to talk to them.

I have been with lefrenchmobile for some years and recommended it to others.
I am aware that the cost per call is expensive compared to regular plans. It has suited me however, because I generally only come to Europe 2 times a year.
Easy to recharge etc and customer service has been good when needed.

Thank you for your feedback. LeFrenchMobile is a prepaid service. Keeping a prepaid SIM card active on the network always have a cost for a telecom provider. That is why for prepaid services, SIM cards are usually deactivated after a determined period of inactivity and the phone number and remaining credit are also lost.
With LeFrenchMobile there is a 0.90€ monthly fee that is applied to keep your SIM card active on the network in case your account is inactive for a whole month. This allows you to keep your SIM card and number active, even if you do not use it, as long as you have main credit left on your account.

A month after ordering a sim card I still do not have it. I was trying to contact this company but no response was received. My money has disappeared. What a terrible service. Why is it so difficult to make it in 2 days or at least to keep in touch with a customer?
