Great experience! Enjoying watching our home movies! Wish I had sent my tapes in sooner. One was unable to be transferred. Probably due to the age of the tape. Highly recommend!

I greatly appreciate the service that Legacy Box provided. My son was killed in a car accident and he was in a music video right before he transitioned. The video was on VHS and because of this service, I am able to have my son's memory forever and share it with family and friends. The packaging was done with exceptional care.

When I went to convert my 8mm tapes to digital, I discovered my camcorder no longer worked and I could either buy a used camcorder for several hundred dollars or use a conversion service. I did some research on several local and national companies that offer this service. Legacybox had thousands of very positive reviews. So, I decided to take the risk and use their service. I ordered my Legacy box on Christmas morning. I was really impressed with the updates that Legacybox provided to me, on my account, all thru the process. I received my Legacy box after a week. Sent my tapes to them the next day and started receiving updates as soon as they received them. In February, I received an email saying my tapes were all digitized. I downloaded my 11 tapes from the cloud in a matter of minutes. I checked my tapes and they all converted with amazing quality. My tapes were between 17 to 32 years old. Thank You Legacybox for saving all our memories!!! I would, and will, recommend their conversion service expertise to family and friends. It is so nice to be a customer of a company that delivers what they promised. Plus it was surprisingly affordable.

My only complaint is that continuing to use the cloud should require an affirmative response rather than an assumption that no response means renewal. You aren’t the only company that does that. I wish all companies would require an affirmation

Legacy box is amazing. We are using them to digitize all our pictures, old reels, and videos. They do an amazing job and they return everything back to you as promised. They also digitize the back of the pictures, so you can write who’s on the picture and will have that recorded also. In years to come other generations will know exactly who is who.

The process is super easy and they send you emails along the way, so you are updated.

Pretty quick turnaround and good quality.

I appreciated the communication throughout the process. I sent 23 VHS tapes and they had them done within a month. The packaging and the personalization of it all was top notch.

Since we converted videos, we had them put on thumbdrives. Watching those 2 decade old videos brought back so many memories. The quality was good also.
