I Recently had to have my precious Boy Kaiser put to sleep,I can't Thank Legacy pets Enough, right from the First phone call up until I got him home ,They Treated me and my Son and Kaiser with such Kindness and Respect ,I would Highly recommend them to Everyone ❤️

Thank you to the whole team for your caring and respectful service. From start to finish in such sad circumstances every interaction was carried out with compassion. The owner of legacy pets (sorry forgot his name) who collected my beloved dog of 14years was so lovely. He really went the extra mile when he came to collect lula and genuinely cared. He was very kind and thoughtful. His words gave me comfort following a sudden and unpleasant death for my beautiful girl. Thank you for everything. Ruth, Adam, Eve and Sasha

Sadly my 15 year old westie has come to his end and I cannot rate their service enough. They have been caring, kind and have kept me updated throughout this sad process. Thank you so much

% Absolutely Fantastic Service, from the very first call I made to Legacy Pets, from collecting my Princess and returning her home, Everybody who I spoke to were Caring, Considerate, thoughtful, they listened and answered all of my questions that I had, they explained everything and more, they were there all the way through the process and even telephoned me to give updates. At a sad time Legacy Pets Cremation Services were Brilliant and I did not worry about a thing as they put you at ease, Their products are first class too, and are presented beautifly. The care given is 100%, I would say they went above and beyond.

Legacy Pets were so caring and compassionate from the first phone call with Joshua to picking our beloved Ellie up to take her ashes home. Informed every step of the way helped us as a family knowing she was in safe hands will definitely recommend to family and friends

At our saddest time the team thought of everything and took care of everything. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you for looking after our boy and sending him back to us in his beautiful casket.

Fantastic service from James the vet and the team in Bury. Sonny is home now after a wonderful from the Legacy pets team and his casket is gorgeous

From first phone call to Harry everything was professional, called at 9.30am discussion with Josh who rang back at 9.55 to confirm he’d found a vet for home visit to arrive with us at 10.45, traveling all the way from Warrington to Bury. Lady vet arrived 10.50 took time to explain things, very professional and gave us time. Chantel & Callum arrived and explained everything to us, Leo was handled with such dignity, we had time with him once in van, nothing was too much trouble.
Next day we collected Leo’s ash’s from shop, was really impressed. Again we were treated professionally, given time to talk about Leo, even bringing tears to girls eye.
Again massive thanks to all Legacy team for looking after our boy Leo on his final journey.

I honestly can't thank john and his team who helped look after my wolfywho sadly passed away at the weekend. They arrive promptly and have been nothing but heartwarming. Wolfy is now back home were he belongs

I really don't know where to begin. I can never ever thank Legacy Pets enough for the outstanding care and compassion they have shown us and our darling little Ernie over the last few days. Ernie was our 14.5 year old Shih Tzu. For the past two years he had suffered with heart problems. Sadly in the last week his health had really deteriorated and we had to make the most difficult decision to help him on his final journey as he no longer had quality of life. We arranged for home euthanasia with Legacy. My husband was with him as I could not bear to be present. The lady vet arrived at the time planned and talked him through everything, Ernie left us so peacefully. Within 15 minutes a lovely young man came to collect him, telling my husband to take all the time he needed to say goodbye and allowing him to carry Ernie out to the van himself where he was placed on a lovely little bed. Today I went to collect our beloved Ernies ashes, which were beautifully presented, alongside a rainbow print of his paw, vials of his fur and a lovely candle. The lady who met us was so compassionate, going through everything with us and taking time to ask us about Ernie. They have truly made one of the heartbreaking times, so much more bearable with their exceptional service and going above and beyond in every way. I cannot recommend them enough. We have two other little doggies and I pray it will be a very long time before we need to call upon their services, but we will certainly turn to them again. Thank you from the bottom of our heart.

We cannot thank Legacy Pets enough, for the compassion and support we received, when we lost our beautiful boy Rufus.
Even though we’re absolutely heartbroken, we take comfort in knowing that Rufus was treated with much love and dignity during every step of his final journey, and we are so grateful for the aftercare we have received too.

We can't thank you enough for making what was an incredibly emotional time for us less stressful. You treated us with kindness and empathy with such professional service, We felt as though our Rococo had been left in good hands on his final journey. We now have a lovely cat casket to treasure and he will always be with us. Good luck with the development of the cremation site, we need a personal service like this for our beloved animals. You are one of a kind.

I would like to thank Legacy pets for a truly wonderful and respectful service in what is a very difficult situation. We just lost “our boy” Alonso after 16 years but the way Legacy dealt with it all helped ease the pain a little.

My husband and I cannot thank Legacy Pets enough for the kind and compassionate way they handled the passing of our beautiful chocolate Labrador, Ollie. The experience was difficult enough, losing a loving and loyal member of our family of nearly 14 years, but Legacy Pets were everything you would want during such an awful time. They kindly picked up Ollie from the vets on the same day as he went to sleep and kept us informed every step of the way. Ollie was returned to us in an elegant casket, with a beautiful memory candle, and he is now home where he belongs.

Our little doggie Hetty was born on the 19/04/2012 she was a beautiful Pug dog well should call her our girl really because she was treated like our daughter we loved the bones of her we had her at the vets a couple of times with her breathing as anyone knows they do suffer with breathing problems and she was well looked after there the advice they gave us was very good we even took Hetty on holiday with us she loved our caravan and enjoyed going with us and that’s where she took poorly last so we took her to vets 4 pets in Southport where they gave her an injection to keep her comfortable till we could get her to Vets Now in bury old road but before we actually got there she passed away in the car we was only 6 minuets away and she passed away vets now tried to resuscitate her but they couldn’t bring her back we was given time with her to say our goodbyes and given leaflets because we wanted her Ashes and we chose Legacy pets Cremation Services we would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Legacy pets for there compassion and care for looking after our Hetty and I especially want to say thank you to Josh and Michael and everyone at Legacy pets Cremation Servies

Our dog Monty (a shih tzu who was 15) was terminally ill.
When I say he was our dog I mean he was our son...
He had been suffering from an enlarged heart for nearly 3 years and after being given 12 months to live by the vets, (he proved them wrong) he recently started suffering from heart failure and seizures and we knew it was time to make that horrible decision that you have to make, I looked around on the internet and found legacy pets cremation services who provided the most fantastic and utterly amazing service.
When I phoned I spoke to John he was completely caring and understanding of what had happened and even though I was blubbing on the phone he was so patient and understanding as to what had happened and what needed to be done he explained clearly to me everything that needed to be done and 2 days later a vet came to our house and we said goodbye to our beautiful lad in his home surroundings... it couldn't have been nicer...
10-minutes later legacy's van arrived and after a lovely chat with Chris the driver he took our son away to be cremated.
Forty eight hours later we have our beautiful boy back with us and cannot be more pleased with the service we received.

From the start they seemed an excellent service , spoke on the phone firstly , nicely & respective chat , came quickly , in uniform , asked about her chatted , explained everything n packages for Ruby ( chose metal urn ) , the procedure s n that our pets are kept cool n attended too ( on padded blanket & Pillows until the cremation . Taken to the van where he lay her down n put pillow under her head ( so sweet ) , the ladies at the Center where I collected her from equally as well presented n lovely, guided me through everything, well presented in beautiful bronzed urn candle & viles of her hair ; all in a beautiful strong purple bag ( she was quite heavy even in the urn😊🐾

During an extremely difficult time Legacy Pets we’re professional, reassuring, empathetic and kind. They talked us through exactly what would happen with Bob whilst he was in their care, spoke about options and made us feel at ease As ease as we could be.

They delivered Bob to us just 2 days after and worked around my working hours. The packaging itself was professional, and inside there was Bob’s ashes in a Mahogany box with the engraving we asked for. A framed and personalised paw print, 2 copies of 3 other paw prints (+£20 but 100% worth it in my opinion), a vanilla scented candle and a certificate in a wax sealed envelope.

Couldn’t ask for a better service during this horrible time. Couldn’t recommend more!
