Cannot answer simple P60 and tax calculations
I put in a query in April to the CS team about errors on my P60 and an explanation for a payment into my account that was not included in the figures. After multiple follow-ups and formal complaints I am still waiting as of August. Each contact with them and the stock answer is wait 7-10 working days. I still have no answer and I doubt they have any intent to answer. The Financial Ombudsman is the only redress and that will take even longer.
