Transfer of L&G pension fund.
Recently had cause to transfer my pension fund to a different provider to consolidate my pensions due to having retired. The interaction between my new provider and L&G was very efficient and the whole process completed massively quicker than anticipated. L&G kept me informed and the whole process went off without a hitch.

Far too much faffing about
Far too much faffing about. First it's online, then you need an email, then you need the helpline, then you get 4 more emails, then you have to phone another helpline and then you fill in the forms. Really,!!

Flawless Customer Service
L&G have been running the pension set up by my ex-employers for 8 years. Performance has been great, fees have been low everything has run smoothly. Recently decided to move pension elsewhere for the drawdown phase. The transfer was handled quickly with clear communications throughout. Great experience.

L&G rely heavily on their AI chatbot which is extremely limited in its ability to provide meaningful information.
Also having logged into the portal it’s not obvious or logical how deep they have buried things.
If you can get a phone number to speak to an adviser it’s the sensible route
