A tad dubious.......
Never having had any dealings with insurance claims firms or the people that are involved with helping claimants , I was a tad dubious and worried that I wouldn't get my point across or understand the claims lingo , making myself appear foolish and naive . That didn't happen , I contacted them , nervously , but didn't need to worry . The agent , Liz Hall , made me feel at total ease with the whole process , explained every step clearly , was considerate , understanding and , best of all , made me feel that I was dealing with experienced , professional people. Incredible Professionalism and Detail by Bethany
My daughter's case was handled with incredible professionalism by Bethany Wych-Peers. As a Police Officer, I understand the detail required to present a case to the court and I can honestly say the detail provided in the court bundle was exceptional.
