Legal Templates produced for me a very clear worded lease. I was then able to download in Word processing format to slightly edit it. I was very pleased.

It was easy to use and up to date. However, I think that the company would be more successful if you charged by the document instead of trying to coax people into a subscription. It should be an option to buy just what you need. The current set up just almost forces folks to sign up for the $1.00 trial and then cancel.
