It was easy to use and up to date. However, I think that the company would be more successful if you charged by the document instead of trying to coax people into a subscription. It should be an option to buy just what you need. The current set up just almost forces folks to sign up for the $1.00 trial and then cancel.

I know little or nothing about legal matters and legal forms. When I found myself needing to submit a small claims affidavit, I turned to internet search and found Legal templates.com. It was quick and easy, best of all the 7 day trial was free!

Needed a single document. Excellent choices of forms, found the exact one I needed. Super easy to fill the form with a convenient ask and answer for the pertinent information. Downloaded a .pdf and printed. Paid the trial fee, decided I did not have any upcoming legal document needs and was allowed to immediately cancel the subscription. Highly recommended for one doc or subscribe for hundreds.

No up-front pricing. Poor communication prior to use of your service. Do the work, then get hit with a "give us a credit card and you can download your free document".
It's not cool and. a poor way to do business.
