I think it was satisfactory
I think it was satisfactory, but I didn’t realize I had to renew it again and it expires or I wouldn’t have bought it. I thought it was a one time purchase so that was a little disappointing, but otherwise it was fairly good.

Once you've printed, signed, and witnessed your documents, they remain valid, regardless of your membership status. Basic Will: Accessible and Affordable
The LegalWills program is excellent for creating a basic Will. Being fairly easy to use makes it accessible for most people to complete this vital task. The cost is low, particularly in comparison to the excessive fees of lawyers and notaries. Hopefully in the future, the program will expand to include more complex Will situations. There are a number of additional choices for those who want to include various options, such as Final Wishes, Power of Attorney, Funeral Arrangements, Document Storage, etc.

Thanks for sharing your feedback — but I do want to clarify that the statement in your review is not accurate.
You can always extend your membership without adding services or repurchasing anything. The only time the system requires matching services is when two accounts are linked as a couple. Linked accounts must stay synchronized — meaning both partners need the same services and the same membership length for the discount to function properly.
If you prefer to renew your own membership without adding anything, you can simply unlink the accounts. Once unlinked, you can add time freely with no requirement to purchase additional services.
We never received a support ticket about this, but rest assured, we do not force members to buy anything they don’t want.
Overcharged for product and erroneous AI chat bot
You over charged me for your premium package. First, your AI chat incorrectly stated that I could get a Educators discount. After filling out "Is this service right for you" pages, several times, Then I gave up and emailed your company for help. After several more days of going back and forth, I found out that there is not an educator discount, but I do qualify for the Costco member pricing. I went back and filled in all the info again. Your system recognised my membership number but still charged me full price. When I emailed about this issue, your rep told me to go ahead and pay the full price, and I would be reimbursed the discount. I am still waiting for this.
