Throughout the process Legend Removals acted promptly, efficiently and professionally, and the work was carried out very conscientiously. Having a single point of contact at all times, I built up an excellent rapport with Dean Prosser who not only responded immediately to any queries but also demonstrated the flexibility which is so important in a house move. I will recommend Legend and their team to anyone in a similar situation.

On time collection and delivery as communicated. We received all furnitures within 4-5 days after collection date and Gabrielle from sales team kept us updated regularly from day1, highly recommended.

A big thank you for transporting all my items safely over the weekend to Paris from London. It was smooth processing and your team has been very patient with all my silly enquiries and last minute requests. Thank you for accommodating my special requests too on delivering fridge, washing machine etc in different address and a special thanks to Gabrielle, Dean and Marie. Real hard working team including the truck drivers. All the very best. Gabrielle, customer service person has been very helpful at all the time. My family had a very pleasant experience with the company and employees. Guys came on agreed date, loaded everything and delivered NEXT DAY without any issue. I had a really good experience with Legend Removals.
It started with one of the sales team members Kirill Glukhov, he was amazingly helpful, kind and supportive throughout the entire time of my move. I was kept informed on the collection arrangements, and the driver turned up in Austria right on time as the team had told me. He was professional and kind.
During the entire journey of my move, I was kept informed on my goods via calls and emails from members of staff.
My items arrived at destination on time, the operations team and the driver were in touch with us during the day.
All the staff involved in the move were really professional and went out of their way to make the whole process as smooth as possible, with no worries for me.
I am happy and satisfied with the move and their service and I highly recommend Legend Removals. I am so grateful for their support.

Legendremovels seamlessly conducted my move from London to Germany. Everything went perfectly well, and everything was perfectly organised. The delivery was fast and timely, and the entire communication was smooth. In particular Kirill Glukhov was very helpful. Overall I think a perfect service for a very competitive price.

Although I didn't get to use Legend Removals for our removal, the process of getting a quote and understanding the process was super fast and clear.

Our second removals with Legend Removals, once again Gabrielle was very helpful with getting the booking set up with clear pricing and instructions on how to book and make the payment.
One area that has improved since our 1st shipment, is the communication once our goods had been picked up and on route to the UK, but still not quite there, otherwise my rating would have been 5 stars ( I couldn’t give 4.5 stars)

I moved from London to Germany in March 2022. Legend Removals were wonderful right from the beginning. Dean gave good advice, realistic timing, showed care and consideration and all for an affordable price. The Removals arrived punctually to remove the furniture and other items from my flat, carefully secured them in the Removals van. When I arrived in Munich everything was intact and safely delivered. I would definitely recommend this company.

A great experience with Legend Removals. Gabrielle was extremely helpful, making the paperwork easy and the dates were clear (even offering an earlier slot because their schedule had freed up). When the removals guys came to drop off the furniture they did an amazing job moving extremely large, heavy and fragile furniture (inherited from a great grandparent) through an extremely tight space without a scratch. I am extremely happy and will definitely use in future if I have any need.

We have moved from the UK to Switzerland and decided to use Legend removals for their competitive price… But don’t fall for this trap!
Initially the teams were contactable and seemed friendly and helpful enough. The only person we were talking to on the phone was their commercial representative. We were not given any other contact details (and you won’t find any on their invoices) but had emails with their documentation teams as well.
Things started to go badly just before the collection which took place early August. They started to hint on extra weight surcharge. They had quoted us a volume of 32m3 (or 1920kg) based on photos and detailed inventory list as required. On the day of collection, they ‘found’ an extra 180kg which they charge at an extortious price of £175/60kg. Even airlines don’t charge as much!!!
After that the only communication we had was requesting for us to pay the surcharge for extra weight. It was impossible to get hold of anybody on the phone, the only communication possible was through emails. Even their commercial department never answered any of our calls anymore! Their terms of services detailed a delivery within 2 to 4 days, up to 10 days. But we were not getting any news from them. We kept chasing and they were coming up with excuses every time and were not giving us any updates on timescales. We have got an idea why the communication (or the lack of it) has been difficult all along…their transport manager is based in South America. In the end we had to wait almost 4 weeks for our belongings to arrive in Switzerland.
But the worst part was by far the delivery… the whole thing was a joke! The drivers arrived on Saturday after 4pm already fairly tired from their travel. They did not seem to be aware that the delivery was on the third floor even though it was always specified. My husband and I had to help them carry all the boxes upstairs. By the time we finished unloading everything it was already 8pm and they still had to re-assemble all the furniture that had been disassembled in the UK. Needless to say, they did not have a clue how to do that! They managed to break the panels of our 2 wardrobes. Our bed was so badly put together, it was completely unstable and lastly, they had lost the screws for our son’s wardrobe so left it in pieces. By 10pm, the movers decided that they’d had enough and left no matter the state of the furniture.
Now they are refusing to consider our claim as we did not do it within 7 days even though we sent them an email about the issues a couple of days after the delivery.
It is unfortunately too late for us, but we hope this review will help others not fall into the same trap. Just one word, it is a SCAM!

This was the second time using Legends in recent months, and I have no regrets!

As before, Kirill dealt professionally and promptly with my initial enquiry, the quote and a follow up question I had. Same with Jay (Operations) and Maria (Documents). The moving operatives (UK: Christian and Slava, Luxembourg: James) were friendly, efficient and helpful and we did not experience any damage or breakages.

The only area where I think things could be improved is communication. A dedicated and manned phone line for each department would make customers far more cared for, instead of a central number that often isn't answered. Also it would reduce the reliance on email, that can lead to miscommunications and misunderstandings.

For example, a quick call informing me of my (much earlier than anticipated) delivery date, instead of an email which I missed amongst all my other emails, would have saved a lot of time and effort for both parties. In fairness, Natalja agreed to call me and we resolved the issue, but not before facing the spectre of postponement and storage fees for a later delivery.

In sum, Legends have lived up to their moniker, once again, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services if you want a reasonably priced, professional and caring removals firm to handle the transportation of your possessions - treasured, or otherwise!

I had a great experience with Legend Removals. We moved our belongings from Copenhagen to London. Even though I booked it last minute, they were flexible and made it possible. They delivered my belongings in less than two weeks!
Special thanks to Scott, who was the consultant and constantly kept me up to date. Anton, who collected my belongings, did a great job and was fast. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their excellent service and my experience. I can definitely recommend their company!

Legend Removals has very clear rules with regards costs, which makes knowing the final price for the transportation very clear. There were some delays with my delivery a poor communication but the salesman, Kirill Glukhov, was very helpful.

I have used Legend Removals on two occasions now. I received an excellent service on both occasions. The staff were efficient and friendly. Gabrielle provided me with a competitive quote and handled all the paperwork. The delivery service was also very quick and everything was delivered in perfect condition.

If there was a 6 stars evaluation, that's what this company would get from me and my family. Our negotiation started about a year ago when we just asked for a quick quote from the south of France to Wales. Very quick to answer back; much quicker than the 'big names'. And the prices and conditions to pay are excellent! Dealing with Dean and his whole team was a very positive experience. Friendly and professional people who know what they are doing and who are always willing to help, including correcting my mistakes with inventories, etc.

I had to change my quote a few times due to issues related to the move and they were helpful and accomodating all the time. I also had to postpone the date of the move a few times and no extra fees or difficult communication.

And the Operations Team who actually carried my things?! Top draw! Careful and polite all the time! No long faces. Great people!

I highly recommend this company! I hope I won't move for a loooong time, but if I do, I'd use them again.

The business of international moves can make for a lot of nerves, but the team at Legend really helped to reduce the stress and bother of the process. I really appreciate their help with all questions, their speed at responding helpfully to emails, and their availability for phone calls. The Ops team were extremely friendly and supportive, the Documents team gave me very useful feedback and advice about how to avoid potential problems at the border, and the Quotes team were truly invaluable in giving me a flexible range of quotes to help me manage the uncertainty in the inventory.
