Incompetent Customer Service and Worst Qualiity

I received a bear walker as a gift. One of the four panels had a manufacturing fault that interferes with the educational aspects of the toy.
After contacting various representative I finally managed to get in touch with someone from the customer service in the manufacturing facility in Germany.

2 months ago my first email explaining the whole situation with pictures attached. Customer service agrees in sending me a new toy. I asked to ship only the faulted panel (why wasting?). Customer service agree to send me a new panel and ask for my address. I send the address. One month later (I was expecting the panel to arrive any day), the representative send me an email saying that they cannot send it and I have to get in touch with Amazon. The fact that the product was purchased on Amazon was mentioned in the first email and sending it back to Amazon means 2 more months money and time. My son will soon pass the bear walker stage.

Absolutely not a recommended company for your kids.

THESE COMPANIES are related to Lawyers in my country Cyprus,
whom the names I have,
and they are also related to Lions,
and they try to sell broken or damaged or Asian products, to European customers, saying wrongly, that their products are European and not from China!
They send the products sometimes in an inappropriate custom way through two channels!
First channel: China-Turkey-Greece- Cyprus
Second Channel: China-Turkey-Occupied Cyprus
to avoid paying customs fees!
A well -known woman lawyer from Cyprus,
is behind all these transactions!
